Abstract
La composizione farmaceutica dell'invenzione è preparata in forma di microparticelle o d'impianto comprendenti un polimero biodegradabile scelto fra il poli-1,4-butilene succinato, il poli-2, 3-butilene succinato, il poli-1, 4-butilene fumarato e il poli-2, 3-butilene fumarato, incorporando come sostanza attiva il paomato, tannato, stearato o palmitato di un peptide naturale o sintetico che comprende da 3 a 45 amminoacidi, quali LH-RH, somatostatina, GR-RH o calcitonina o uno dei loro analoghi o omologhi sintetici. La preparazione comprende la miscelazione degli ingredienti in forma di polveri, la precompressione e il preriscaldamento della mistura e poi l'estrusione della mistura precompressa e preriscaldata. Il prodotto risultante dallo stadio di estrusione può essere poi polverizzato e alla fine setacciato.(NESSUNA FIGURA).
