Abstract

Un cuscinetto di supporto per il sostegno elastico, angolarmente mobile, di un organo di sostegno di una sospensione, in particolare di un ammortizzatore, presenta un nucleo applicato per vulcanizzazione in un corpo in materiale elastomerico, i cui movimenti sono limitati in direzione di sostegno da arresti fissati alla scatola. Il corpo in materiale elastomerico è precaricato, nella scatola del cuscinetto, in direzione di sostegno ed è tenuto privo di contatto con gli arresti.Questa costruzione consente di introdurre in modo confortevole, ad esempio nella carrozzeria del veicolo, piccole forze di sostegno per mezzo di una caratteristica morbida, mentre forze di sostegno maggiori vengono trasmesse, attraverso gli arresti, tramite una caratteristica che si irrigidisce progressivamente.
