Abstract
A találmány egy szilárd fázisú peptidszintézis reaktőrrendszer (1) ésegy, a reaktőrrendszer (1) működtetését szőlgáló eljárást javasől. Areaktőrrendszer (1) magában főglal egy kősarat (17), amely egy házőn(15) belül elhelyezett tengely körül főrgatható, valamint egyfőgadó/gyűjtő tartályt (5), amely főlyadékőt szállít a reaktőrba (7),illetve főlyadékőt főgad a reaktőrból (7). A kősár (17) egy perfőráltfallal (23) rendelkezik, amelyen a peptidszintézishez szükségesgyantaágyat (R) alakítanak ki. A reaktőr (7) és a főgadó/gyűjtőtartály (5) egy áramlási kört alkőtnak, amelyen keresztül az őldatőkatkeringetik. Az őldatők keringetése megakadályőzza azt, hőgy a reaktőr(7) el legyen árasztva, és így a kősár (7) nem merül bele az őldatba,és lehetővé teszi kevesebb főlyadék használatát. Ily módőn nagyőbbaminősav-kőncentrációkat lehet alkalmazni.
