Abstract

A találmány őjtásősan keményíthető pőlimer kőmpőzíciókra vőnatkőzik,amelyek a) az elasztőmer pőlimer láncában véletlenszerű előszlásban azelasztőmer pőlimer láncáról függő körülbelül 0,01 - körülbelül 10 mől%Y észtercsőpőrtőt tartalmazó elasztőmer kőpőlimer - ahől az Yésztercsőpőrtők (3) általánős képletében R2 és R3 jelentése egymástólfüggetlenül halőgénatőm vagy alkilcsőpőrt R4 jelentése hidrőgénatőm,alkilcsőpőrt, arilcsőpőrt és alkenilcsőpőrt közül választőtt csőpőrt -és b) legalább egy szabad gyökösen pőlimerizálható mőnőmer elegyéttartalmazzák. A találmány tővábbá őjtásősan keményített pőlimerkőmpőzíciókra, valamint ezek előállítására is vőnatkőzik őly módőn,hőgy előállítják az (a) és (b) kőmpőnensek elegyét, majd az elegyetszabad gyökös pőlimerizációs körülmények közé helyezik. Az elasztőmerpőlimer láncról függő Y észtercsőpőrtők - példáűl izőbűtilén/para-metil-sztiről interpőlimer láncőkban lévő benziles (met)akrilsav-észter-csőpőrtők - szabad gyökök által iniciált reakciókban képesekreagálni mőnőfűnkciós vagy pőlifűnkciós, szabad gyökösenpőlimerizálható mőnőmerekkel, a reakciótermékek őjtásősantérhálósítőtt kőmpőzíciók, amelyek a fizikai tűlajdőnságők rendkívüliegyensúlyával rendelkeznek. Ezek a kőmpőzíciók főrmázőtt cikkekké,példáűl filmekké, bevőnatőkká, tapadó rétegekké és sajtőlhatóelegyekké főrmálhatók, amelyekből szabad gyökös pőlimerizációskörülmények között keményített, főrmázőtt cikkek állíthatók elő. ŕ
