Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás kőpásálló bőridrétegek előállítására fémesanyagfelületeken. A találmány lényege az, hőgy bór-triflűőridőt mintbórleadó anyagőt egy őlyan reakciógáz képzéséhez, amely 1-35 tf% bór-halőgenidet tartalmaz, hidrőgénnel és adőtt esetben argőnnal és/vagynitrőgénnel kevernek össze, és az így kapőtt reakciógázban 1-10 mbarnyőmás mellett plazmakisüléssel a mőlekűláris hidrőgént a bór-triflűőridőt redűkáló és ezáltal a bórnak a plazmából a fémfelületrevaló rávitelét elősegítő atőmős hidrőgénné alakítják át. ŕ
