Abstract

A találmány tárgyát Pseudomonas diminuta BS-203-ból származó glutaril-7-ACA amidáz képezi, amely katalizálja 7-b-(4-karboxi-butiril-amino)-cefalosporánsav hidrolízisét 7-amino-cefalosporánsavvá és glutársavvá.A glutaril-7-ACA amidázt Pseudomonas diminuta BS-203 fermentációjávalvagy más, előnyösen rekombináns mikroorganizmus fermentációjávaltermelik. Ennek megfelelően a találmány oltalmi körébe tartoznak a P.diminuta BS-203 glutaril-7-ACA amidáz aktivitással rendelkezőfehérjék, ezeket kódoló nukleinsav-szekvenciák és nevezett nukleinsav-szekvenciákat hordozó vektorok és gazdasejtek is, amelyekfelhasználhatók az enzim előállítására. A találmány tárgyát képeziktovábbá a 7-amino-cefalosporánsav előállítására glutaril-7-ACA amidáztalkalmazó eljárások is. Ó
