Abstract

A találmány új édesipari termékre vonatkozik, amely a szájban fokozottfrissítő hatást fejt ki. A találmány szerinti édesipari termék egymagot és egy burokba zárt töltetet tartalmaz, amelyben a burok egyvédő édesipari anyag, a töltet nagy részét pedig egy hűtőhatásúpoliolok közül kiválasztott kristályos, vízmentes, por alakúmonoszacharid poliol teszi ki. A töltet viszonylagos mennyisége atermék egészének 6-40 tömeg%-a. A töltet előnyösen xilit, eritrit,szorbit vagy azok valamilyen kombinációja. A találmán tárgyát képezitovábbá egy eljárás megnövelt hűtőhatású édesség előállítására,amelynek során egy töltetet tartalmazó édesség kötelet készítenek,amelynek töltete lényegében egy kristályos, vízmentes, por alakbanlévő, hűtőhatású poliolok közül választott monoszacharid poliol, akötelet méretezik, és a töltött kötél kivágásával a formálni kívántburok negatívjának megfelelő présszerszámmal individuális töltöttburkokat alakítanak ki.
