- 수분 함량이 1 ∼ 3 중량%로 조절된 페이스트상 또는 직경이 10 ∼ 18 메쉬 크기로 조절된 과립상의 자일리톨이 포함된 센터층과,껌베이스 15 ∼ 50 중량%, 당알코올 및 당류 45 ∼ 80 중량%, 향료 0.1 ∼ 5.0 중량%를 포함하며, 상기 센터층을 둘러싼 껌기지층, 및자일리톨, 말티톨, 솔비톨 및 이소말트 중에서 선택된 당알코올 60 ∼ 95 중량%, 결착제 0.1 ∼ 5.0 중량%, 물 1.0 ∼ 30 중량% 및 향료 0.1 ∼ 5.0 중량%를 포함하며, 상기 껌기지층의 외표면을 둘러싼 코팅층을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 센터 필링 츄잉껌.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 센터층 5.0 ∼ 30.0 중량%, 껌기지층 30.0 ∼ 80.0 중량% 및 코팅층 10.0 ∼ 40.0 중량%을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 센터 필링 츄잉껌.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 껌기지층을 구성하는 당알코올은 자일리톨, 말티톨, 솔비톨, 에리스리톨, 이소말트, 락티톨 및 만니톨 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 센터 필링 츄잉껌.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 껌기지층을 구성하는 당류는 설탕, 포도당 및 물엿 중에서 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 센터 필링 츄잉껌.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 센터층은 자일리톨 60 ∼ 99 중량%, 쿨링제(Cooling agent) 0 ∼ 5.0 중량%, 물 0.1 ∼ 25 중량%, 멘톨 0 ∼ 5.0 중량%, 및 향료 0 ∼ 5.0 중량% 를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 센터 필링 츄잉껌.
- 삭제
- 껌베이스 15 ∼ 50 중량%, 당알코올 및 당류 45 ∼ 80 중량%, 향료 0.1 ∼ 5.0 중량%를 포함하는 껌기지층 조성물을 45 ∼ 55 ℃로 예비 가열된 믹서에서 혼합하고 향료를 첨가하여 혼합하는 단계;상기 혼합물을 압출기에 넣어 압출하면서, 수분 함량이 1 ∼ 3 중량%로 조절된 페이스트상 또는 직경 10 ∼ 18 메쉬 범위로 크기가 조절된 과립상의 자일리톨 을 호퍼(hopper)에서 스크루(screw)를 이용하여 주입(feeding)시키면서 센터에 충전 및 성형하는 단계; 및,자일리톨, 말티톨, 솔비톨 및 이소말트 중에서 선택된 당알코올 60 ∼ 95 중량%, 결착제 0.1 ∼ 5.0 중량%, 물 1.0 ∼ 30 중량% 및 향료 0.1 ∼ 5.0 중량%를 포함하는 코팅층 조성물로, 상기 성형물을 18 ∼ 25 ℃, 50 %RH 조건에서 코팅한 다음 숙성하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅된 센터 필링 츄잉껌의 제조방법.
