Abstract
Un producto de confitería, el cual comprende una envoltura de revestimiento y un relleno incluido en su interior, comprendiendo, el relleno, un porcentaje de por lo menos un 60 %, en peso, de poliol monosacárido, en forma de una materia en polvo anhidra, cristalina, elegida de entre los polioles los cuales tienen un efecto refrescante, en donde, un porcentaje de por lo menos un 95 %, en peso, de las partículas, en la materia en polvo, tienen un tamaño de partícula de menos de 250 micrómetros, y en donde, la envoltura de revestimiento, es de un material de confitería, protector, el cual se encuentra configurado para permitir el hecho de que, el relleno, se libere hacia fuera de la envoltura, cuando, encontrándose en la boca, la citada envoltura de revestimiento, la cual comprende por lo menos una zona de un espesor reducido, y / o un pequeño hueco, para formar por lo menos un paso que comunique con el relleno, de un tamaño efectivo como para permitir el que por lo menos una parte del relleno, se libere progresivamente, antes de que la envoltura de revestimiento, se haya fundido de una forma significativa en la boca.
