Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás folyamatirányban feldolgozható ammónium-glifozát paszta előállítására. Az eljárás során egy alkalmas edénybenelkeverünk körülbelül 1:(0,8-1,25) mólarányban szemcsés glifozátsavatés ammóniát, valamint az edényben az összes előkevert anyag körülbelül10-25 tömeg%-át kitevő mennyiségű vizet, miáltal a glifozátsav és azammónia között reakció megy végbe, amelynek hatására hő keletkezik,ami előidézi a víz részleges elpárolgását, és körülbelül 5-20 tömeg%nedvességtartalmú ammónium-glifozát paszta keletkezik. A találmánytárgya továbbá eljárás száraz, granulált gyomirtó keverékelőállítására. Az eljárás során (a) ammónium-glifozát pasztátkészítenek, ahogy fentebb ismertettük, majd ha a pasztanedvességtartalma 15 tömeg%-nál nagyobb, hőt és/vagy vákuumotalkalmaznak, hogy a paszta nedvességtartalmát körülbelül 5-15 tömeg%-ra csökkentsék, (b) azután keveréssel hozzáadnak a pasztához egy vagytöbb felületaktív anyagot, ahol az összes felületaktív anyagnak azammónium-glifozáthoz viszonyított tömegaránya körülbelül (1:9) - (1:3)extrudálható nedves elegy készítése céljából, (c) extrudálják a nedveselegyet, hogy extrudált szálakat kapjanak, amelyek nedves, koherensgranulátummá töredeznek, és (d) a granulátumot száraz, granuláltkeverék előállítása céljából szárítják.
