Abstract

A találmány tárgya új eljárás az általános képletű királis aminosavak előállítására - ahol R1 és R2alkil-, halogénezett alkil-, alkoxi-alkil-, alkil-tio-alkil-, (alkil-szulfonil)-alkil-, alkil-amino-alkil-, alkenil-, alkinil-,cikloalkil-, adott esetben szubsztituált aril-, aralkil-, aril-oxi-alkil-, aril-tioalkil-, aril-szulfonil-alkilcsoport, vagy R1 és R2 ahozzájuk kapcsolódó szénatommal együtt egy adott esetben szubsztituáltés/vagy fenilcsoporttal kondenzált gyűrűt képez. Az eljárást azjellemezi, hogy egy általános képletű racém hidantoint - amelyben R1és R2 jelentése a fenti - egy rezolválószerrel és egy bázissalreagáltatnak. Ó
