Abstract

A találmány tárgya szendvicssütő, amely két, egymás felé mozgatható,fűthető sütőlap elemből áll, amelyek közül legalább az egyik sütőlapelem egy kenyérszelet körbefutó széltartományának jelentős részeszámára - sütési tartományt bekeretező - lapos megtámasztó eszközökkelrendelkezik, ahol a sütési tartomány a megtámasztó eszközök felfekvőfelületénél mélyebben helyezkedik el, úgyhogy a sütőlap elemek közébehelyezett, egymás fölött fekvő kenyérszeletek (2, 3) az azok közöttelrendezett töltelékkel vagy betéttel egy körbefutó laposszéltartományban a sütőlap elemek egymáshoz vezetésével nagyobbnyomással és hővel sajtolhatók össze, mint a többi szakaszban, és akenyérszeletek a közéjük helyezett töltelékkel együtt az összesajtoltés körbefutó széltartományok segítségével egy összetartó egységgévannak összefogva, ahol a találmány szerint a sütőlap elemek úgyvannak kialakítva, hogy a megtámasztó eszközökre helyezettkenyérszeletek (2, 3) esetén is az összesajtolás során a megtámasztóeszközök által bekeretezett sütési tartománynak egymással szembenfekvő széltartományok (6) mentén kifelé irányuló összeköttetése vanfenntartva.
