Abstract

lign=J;>(57) A találmány tárgyát képezi eljárás transzformált gabona-terménynövény előállítására, amely eljárás során (1) kiméra géntkészítenek, amely egy nem GBSSI keményítőszintáz-enzim szerkezetigénjét kódoló nukleinsavfragmenst vagy ennek egy fragmenséttartalmazza, és (2) a kiméra génnel gabona-terménynövényekettranszformálnak, ahol a kiméra gén expressziója a transzformáltgabona-terménynövények magjából származó keményítő finomszerkezetébenváltozást okoz összehasonlítva a kiméra gént nem tartalmazó gabona-terménynövénnyel. Az eljárás szerinti változás a keményítőfinomszerkezetében az amilóz-amilopektin relatív arányában, akeményítő amilopektinkomponense molekulatömeg-eloszlásában vagy akeményítő amilózkomponense polimerizációfokában nyilvánulhat meg. Atalálmány tárgyát képezik továbbá az eljárás alkalmazásávalelőállított gabonaterménynövény-változatok, a gabonaterménynövény-változatok magjából izolált keményítő és/vagy liszt, valamint eljárássűrített élelmiszerek előállítására. A találmány szerinti eljárássalelőállított keményítő élelmiszerként és ipari célokra alkalmazható. Ó
