A találmány tárgya összetett élelmiszertermék, amely kekszet, valamintömlesztett sajtot tartalmazó, sós ízű tejipari termékalapú töltelékettartalmaz, és amelyben a keksz szárazanyag-tartalma 50% és 90% közöttvan, az érintkeztetés előtti vízaktivitási értéke (Aw-értéke) legalább0,6 , előnyösen legalább 0,8 , és a sajt szárazanyag-tartalma 20% és80% közötti és érintkeztetés előtti vízaktivitási értéke magasabb,mint 0,95 , és amely összetett élelmiszerterméket úgy állították elő,hogy forró állapotú ömlesztett sajtot helyeznek a kekszre, ésmagasabb, mint 0,95 , vízaktivitási érték mellett az egyensúly beáll.A találmány tárgya továbbá eljárás az összetett élelmiszertermékeőállítására, amely során ömlesztett sajtot öntenek közvetlenül akekszre 70°C és 95°C közti hőmérsékleten.
