Beschreibung

Stand der Technik: Snacks gibt es momentan entweder in Form von
Süßwaren (Schokoriegel etc.), oder in Form von Wurstwaren (Bsp. "BiFi"). Käse gibt es nur frisch, verpackt, auf frischen
Brötchen/Brot oder als Zugabe zu anderen Gebinden.
Problem: Schokoriegel und Wurstsnacks sind keine gesundheitlich
optimale Ernährung. Viele Menschen wünschen sich Käse in bequemer Snackform: Denn es gibt Käse auf dem Massenmarkt noch nicht
verbunden mit Backwaren in einem eigenständigen, ohne zusätzliche Handgriffe zu essendem Snack-Format.
Lösung: Käse (2) wird dermaßen zwischen ein, zwei oder mehrere
Teigschichten (1) konfektioniert, daß das Endprodukt ein handliches,
mundgerechtes Format hat. Dieses Produkt wird durch Konservierungsverfahren dermaßen haltbar gemacht, daß das Endprodukt
in einer geeigneten Verpackung bei sachgemäßer, kühler Lagerung im Kühlregal mehrere Wochen haltbar ist und als Massenprodukt
zu verkaufen ist.
Erreichte Vorteile: Die Markteinführung des beschriebenen Käse-Snacks
beendet das Defizit im Snackbereich bezüglich gesunden, vegetarischen Nahrungsmitteln.

- Anlage 2 zum Antrag auf Eintragung des Gebrauchsmusters "Snack" von Bernd Heusinger, Barcastrasse 1, 22087 Hamburg, und Heike Storch, Eilenau 44, 22089 Hamburg, am 1.10.1994.Schutzansprüche.Snack aus Teig und Käsedadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Käse und Teigschichten in einem handlichen, mundgerechten Format in einem Fertig-Produkt vereint sind.
