Abstract
A találmány hibrid magok előállítására vonatkozik növényekben.Pontosabban a találmány tárgya eljárás hibrid mag előállítására ahibrid egyik szülőjeként egy olyan kiméra génnel transzformált növénytalkalmazva, mely amikor a női reproduktív szerkezetekbenexpresszálódik, egy exogén módon alkalmazott protoxin-toxinátalakulást katalizáló fehérjét eredményez, és ezáltal a fertilizációthatástalanná teszi. A találmány magában foglalja feltételesen nősterilnövények alkalmazását feltételesen hímsteril növényekkel együtt ahibrid magok hatásosabb termelése céljából, a találmánybanalkalmazható kiméra géneket, a kiméra géneket tartalmazó transzgenikusnövényeket, és egy növény reproduktív szerkezeteiben az expressziórafelhasználható új promótereket.
