A találmány tárgya továbbá egynukleinsav- szekvencia vagy egy nukleinsav-szerkezet, illetve egyvektor vagy egy szervezet, amely legalább egy ilyen nukleinsav-szekvenciát vagy nukleinsav-szerkezetet tartalmaz. Ugyancsak atalálmányhoz tartoznak a telített vagy telítetlen zsírsavak, illetveaz azokat megnövelt arányban tartalmazó trigliceridek, valamint azokalkalmazása élelmiszerekben, takarmányokban, kozmetikumokban ésgyógyszerészeti készítményekben.
