Abstract
A találmány tárgyát olyan tandem peptidek képezik, amelyek legalábbkét, egymással összefüggő LHRH dekapeptid-szekvenciát tartalmaznak,ahol az egymással összefüggő LHRH dekapeptidek legalább egyik láncábana G-helyzetben lévő glicin aminosav egy oldalláncot tartalmazó jobbraforgató aminosavval van helyettesítve, ahol az oldallánc egy hordozóvegyülethez kapcsolható. A fenti peptid szerkezete például akövetkező: 1 6 16 21 #EHWSY* LRPQHWSY * LRPGC ahol a 6-os vagy 16-oshelyzetben lévő *-gal jelölt aminosav jobbra forgató, és egy hordozóvegyülethez kapcsolható oldalláncot tartalmaz, ahol a másik *-galjelölt aminosav glicin vagy egy jobbraforgó aminosav, amely egyhordozó vegyülethez kapcsolható oldalláncot tartalmaz. A találmányszerinti peptid szerkezete lehet a következő is: 1 6 16 21 #EHWSY*LRPQHWSY *LRPGC | #EHWSY* LRPQHWSY * LRPGC 22 27 37 42 ahola 6-os vagy 16-os vagy 27-es vagy 37-es helyzetben lévő *-gal jelöltaminosav D-lizin vagy D-glutamin vagy egyéb jobbra forgató aminosav,amely egy hordozóvegyülethez kapcsolható oldalláncot tartalmaz, ésahol a másik *-gal jelölt aminosav glicin vagy D-lizin vagy D-glutaminvagy egyéb jobbraforgató aminosav, amely egy hordozóvegyülethezkapcsolható oldalláncot tartalmaz. A találmány tárgyát képezik azonkompozíciók is, amelyek fenti peptidet tartalmazzák egy hordozómolekulával, például egy fehérjével összekapcsolva. A találmány tárgyát képezik továbbá a fenti kompozíciót tartalmazóvakcinák, amelyek az LHRH hormon termelése ellen adhatók. A találmányszerinti vakcinák segítségével biztonságosan elvégezhető a sertésekimmunokasztrálása, továbbá előnyösen befolyásolhatók az állatokszaporodási és viselkedési jellegzetességei.
