- KÉTRÉSZES MP» »ÉK KÖNNYŰFÉM, MÉGPEDIG ALUMÍNIUM-ÖTVÖZETBŐL TÖRTÉNŐ GYÁRTÁSINAK ELJÁRÁSA SZABADALMI igénypontok1. Eljárás olyan fajta hibrid kerék könnyüfem-ötvözeiböI történő gyártására, amely egymáshoz dörzshegesztéssel rögzíthető tárcsából (2) és kerékkoszcróbóí ( 1 ) áll, azzal jellemezve, hogy trkövetkezö különböző műveleti lépéseket hajtjuk végre: « előállítjuk az egy öntödéi előforniának az öntéséből és ennek az eíőformának egy kovácsoló söllyésztékbe történői helyezéséből álló kettős művelettel, és az előfonnának az elülső tárcsa létrehozása céljából végrehajtott kovácsolás! műveletével, valamint az elülső tárcsa létrehozása érdekében végrehajtott lesorjázási művelettel kapott elülső tárcsát, » előállítjuk a kerékkoszorú részt ikönnyifém-ötvözet tuskó gyártásával és ennek meleg vagy hideg eytfudiíás #1) révén kaportzkör alakú oldallá .alakításéval, majd a kör alakú oldalnak a végleges kerékkoszorú méreteire való nyújtásával (P2), majd ~ M kerékkoszorú végleges alakjára és profiljára váló alakításhoz — a; kör aíakó oldalnak a hideg vagy meleg folyatásával (P3), ~ összehegeszípk az elülső tárcsarészt és a kerikkoszorot dörzsbegesztési művelettel az összeillesztendő területek megmunkálása után,

Hibrid kerék kő n n yűfém-otvözeibö I, amely kerék tárcsából (2) és kerékkoszorúbőf (.1.) áll, azzal jellemezve, hogy a tárcsa rész egy kettős öntödei öntési művelettel kerül előállításra is létrehozásra egy ezt követően kovácsolt efőförroa kialakítása céfjábél, a kerékkoszorú rész pedig extrudáiáshól (Pl), majd nyújtásból (P2), majd folyatásból (P3) álló hármas művelettel kerül előállításra, amely kerékkoszofú tép és tárcsarész ezután dörzshegesztésí művelettel kerül összeillesztésre,
