Abstract

A kolofóniumgyanta-alapú légbuborékképző beton- és habarcskeverékhezszolgál. A légbuborékképző a kolo- fóniumgyantának amino-alkohollal ésalkálival képezett sója és szilárd anyag, vizes oldat, kolloidálisvizes oldat, vagy vizes diszperzió alakjában áll rendelkezésre. Amino-alkoholként etanol-amint, dietanol-amint, trietanol-amint, dimetil-etanol-amint, metil-dietanol-amint, tri-n-propanol-amint, tri-izopropanol-amint, izobutil-dietanol-amint, n-- butil-dietanol-amint,illetve ezek keverékét tartalmazhatja. Alkáliként NaOH, KOH, vagynátrium-karbonát alkalmazható. Kolofóniumgyantaként modifikált és/vagymodifikálatlan balzsamgyantát, tallgyantát, vagy gyökérgyantát és/vagyezek keverékét tartalmazhatja. ŕ

Claims (8)

  1. SZABADALMI IGÉNYPONTOK
    1. Légbuborékképző kolofóniumgyanta-alapon beton- és habarcskeverékhez, azzal jellemezve, hogy az a kolofóniumgyantának amino-alkohollal és alkálival ké- 35 pezett sója, továbbá hogy szilárd anyag, vizes oldat, kolloidális vizes oldat, vagy vizes diszperzió alakjában áll rendelkezésre.
  2. 2. Az 1. igénypont szerinti légbuborékképző, azzal jellemezve, hogy amino-alkoholként etanol-amint, diéta- 40 nol-amint, trietanol-amint, dimetil-etanol-amint, metildietanol-amint, tri-n-propanol-amint, tri-izopropanolamint, izobutil-dietanol-amint, n-butil-dietanol-amint, illetve ezek keverékét tartalmazza.
  3. 3. Az 1. vagy 2. igénypont szerinti légbuborékkép- 45 ző, azzal jellemezve, hogy alkáliként NaOH, KOH, vagy nátrium-karbonát van alkalmazva.
  4. 4. Az 1-3. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti légbuborékképző, azzal jellemezve, hogy kolofóniumgyantaként modifikált és/vagy modifikálatlan balzsamgyan- 50 tát, tallgyantát, vagy gyökérgyantát és/vagy ezek keverékét tartalmazza.
  5. 5. A 4. igénypont szerinti légbuborékképző, azzal jellemezve, hogy α,β-telítetlen karbonilvegyületekkel megszilárdított, magas hőmérséklet és/vagy alkalmas diszproporcionáló katalizátor hatásával diszproporcionált, vagy ezen lépések kombinálásával modifikált kolofóniumgyantát, vagy ezek keverékét tartalmazza.
  6. 6. Az 1-5. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti légbuborékképző, azzal jellemezve, hogy vizes kolofóniumgyanta-diszperzió anionos, kationos és/vagy nemionos tenzid hozzáadásával van stabilizálva.
  7. 7. Az 1-6. igénypontok bármelyike szerinti légbuborékképző alkalmazása légbuborékrendszemek betonés habarcskeverékekben való kialakításához.
  8. 8. A Ί. igénypont szerinti légbuborékképző-alkalmazás azzal jellemezve, hogy a légbuborékképző hozzáadagolása a cementre vonatkoztatva 0,001 -0,1% közötti tartományban történik.
