Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Vorrichtung zur Trennung der Komponenten von Loesungen und Gasgemischen und wird z. B. in der Medizintechnik sowie im Maschinenbau fuer Lebens- und Arzneimittelindustrie angewendet. Um ein geordnetes Kapillarmembranbuendel zu erhalten, wird die Kapillarmembran als kontinuierliche Faser auf eine Vorschubtrommel gegeben, von wo sie auf einen geordnet profilierten (vorzugsweise mit einem halbkreisfoermigen Profil versehenen) Spulenkoerper gespult wird, wobei sie nach bestimmten Abschnitten und bestimmten Laengen mit dem das Material der Befestigungseinfassung bildenden Harz ueberzogen wird. Danach werden die offenen Enden der Kapillarmembranen durch Eintauchen in Harz mit einer verschliessenden Harzkappe verschlossen. Nach Festwerden des Verschlussharzes wird das Kapillarmembranbuendel in ein hohles zylindrisches Gehaeuse, dessen offene Enden durch die um die Befestigungseinfassungen herum gebildeten Schliesseinfassungen abgeschlossen werden, eingefuehrt. Die Schliesseinfassungen werden durch Umgiessen der Befestigungseinfassung mit Harz gebildet. Mit dem erfindungsgemaessen Verfahren kann das geordnete Membranbuendel aus Kapillarmembranen beliebiger Qualitaet gebildet werden. Dieses kann in dem zylindrischen Gehaeuse mittels einer einfachen Technologie dicht angeordnet werden und ermoeglicht das Auswechseln der abgenutzten oder verschmutzten Kapillarmembranbuendel. Fig. 1
