Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Schutzgasloeten von hochlegierten Cr-Ni-Stahlbauteilen. Ziel der Erfindung ist es, unter Montagebedingungen ein einfaches und zuverlaessiges Verbinden derartiger Bauteile zu ermoeglichen, wobei eine separate chemische bzw. mechanische Vorbehandlung, der auf dem Metall haftenden Oxidschicht entfallen soll.Erfindungsgemaess wird das dadurch erreicht,dass die nach dem Prinzip der direkten elektrischen Widerstandserwaermung zu erwaermende Loetstelle von einer Schutzkammer umgeben wird. Diese Anorddnung wird dann waehrend der Erwaermungsphase und der sich anschliessenden Abkuehlungsphase von einem Inertgas durchstroemt, dass eine maximale technische Verunreinigung von 100 vpm haben darf. Das Kammervolumen darf maximal 200 cm hoch 3 nicht ueberschreiten, wobei es aber 20- bis 30 mal groesser sein muss als das am Loetprozess beteiligte Bauteilvolumen.
