Abstract

Die Earfindunq betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von optisch aktiven Azabicycloalkanen. Beispielsweise wird (--} -· (p'-Chlorphenyl) -3-azabicyclo[ 3.1.0] hexan-hydrochlorid hergestellt, in dem zu einer Lösung von Natrium bis (2-methoxy-äthoxy) a luminiuinhydrid bei Rauntemperatur unter Stickstoff eine Lösung von (~)-1-(p-Chlorphenyl)-1,2-cyclopropandicarboximid gegeben wird und diese Lösung anschließend erhitzt, mit 5 n Natriumhydroxidlösung versetzt und mit Wasser verdünnt wird und danach Extrahieruncr mit Chloroform und Trocknung über Magnesiumsulfat .erfolgt
