Claims (15)

1. Panel (10), osobito zidni, stropni ili podni panel, koji sadrži noseću ploču (11) s prednjom stranom i stražnjom stranom, pri čemu noseća ploča (11) ima sustav slojeva barem na prednjoj strani, naznačen time što sustav slojeva ima, počevši od prednje strane: prvi elastični sloj S1 od alifatskog polimera, pri čemu sloj S1 ima debljinu od 20 do 600 µm i Martensovu tvrdoću MS1 prema DIN EN ISO14577 od 0,5 do 120 N/mm2; i time što sustav slojeva ima drugi sloj S2 od polimera iznad prvog elastičnog sloja S1, koji ima debljinu od 10 do 180 µm i Martensovu tvrdoću MS2, gdje MS2 > MS1, gdje je MS2, određeno prema DIN EN ISO14577 na površini ploče, iznosi između 20 i 100 N/mm2.
2. Panel prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što je MS1 između 2 i 50 N/mm2, još poželjnije između 2 i 40 N/mm2, a najpoželjnije između 2 i 30 N/mm2.
3. Panel prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je MS2 između 25 i 90 N/mm2.
4. Panel prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što prvi elastični sloj S1 ima debljinu od 40 do 500 µm, poželjno od 80 do 450 µm i najpoželjnije od 120 do 240 µm.
5. Panel prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što drugi elastični sloj S2 ima debljinu od 20 do 100 µm, a najpoželjnije od 30 do 80 µm.
6. Panel prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je polimer sloja S1 baziran na alifatskom akrilatu koji može otvrdnuti zračenjem, posebno alifatskom uretan akrilatu.
7. Panel prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je dekorativni sloj (18) koji sadrži tiskarsku tintu dodatno predviđen između prednje strane i sloja S1 i time što je treći elastični sloj S3 predviđen između prednje strane i dekorativni sloj, koji ima Martensovu tvrdoću MS3, s MS3 ≤ MS1.
8. Panel prema prethodnom zahtjevu, naznačen time što sloj S3 ima debljinu od 10 do 300 µm, poželjno od 30 do 150 µm i najpoželjnije od 60 do 120 µm.
9. Panel prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sustav slojeva ima učinak prigušenja od najmanje 5 db, poželjno najmanje 8 dB i najpoželjnije najmanje 9 dB u usporedbi s neobloženom nosećom pločom, mjereno prema EPLF-standardu.
10. Panel prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je tvrdoća elastičnog sloja S1 uglavnom konstantna preko cijele debljine, a posebno su razlike u tvrdoći unutar sloja manje od 20 N/mm2, poželjno manje od 15 N/mm2, a još poželjnije manje od 10 N/mm2.
11. Metoda za proizvodnju panela, posebno zidnog, stropnog ili podnog panela, koja se sastoji od sljedećih koraka navedenim redoslijedom: (a) osiguravanje noseće ploče; (b) nanošenje sloja tekućeg alifatskog akrilata stvrdnjavajućeg zračenjem, koji nakon stvrdnjavanja ima Martensovu tvrdoću MS1 prema DIN EN ISO14577 od 0,5 do 120 N/mm2; (c) barem djelomično stvrdnjavanje sloja tekućeg alifatskog akrilata koji se stvrdnjava zračenjem primijenjenog u koraku (b) pomoću zračenja; (d) izborno ponavljanje koraka (b) i (c) dok se ne pojavi prvi elastični sloj S1 koji ima debljinu od 20 do 600 µm; (e) nanošenje sloja tekućeg akrilata stvrdnjavajućeg zračenjem, koji nakon stvrdnjavanja ima Martensovu tvrdoću MS2, pri čemu je MS2 > MS1, pri čemu je MS2, određen prema DIN EN ISO14577 na površini ploče, između 20 i 100 N/mm2; (f) barem djelomično stvrdnjavanje sloja tekućeg alifatskog akrilata koji se stvrdnjava zračenjem primijenjenog u koraku (e) pomoću zračenja; (g) izborno ponavljanje koraka (e) i (f) dok se ne pojavi drugi sloj S2 koji ima debljinu od 10 do 180 µm.
12. Metoda prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što je nakon stvrdnjavanja MS1 od 2 do 50 N/mm2, poželjno od 2 do 40 N/mm2 i najpoželjnije između 2 i 30 N/mm2.
13. Metoda prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što nakon stvrdnjavanja MS2 iznosi od 25 do 90 N/mm2.
14. Metoda prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što se koraci (b) i (c) ponavljaju sve dok prvi elastični sloj S1 ne dobije debljinu od 40 do 500 µm, poželjno od 80 do 450 µm i najpoželjnije od 120 do 240 µm.
15. Metoda prema jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što se koraci (e) i (f) provode dok drugi sloj S2 ne dobije debljinu od 10 do 180 µm, poželjno od 20 do 100 µm i najpoželjnije od 30 do 80 µm.
