Claims (15)
1. Sastav premaza, naznačen time, da sadrži
I. anorgansko-organski hibridni materijal koji se dobiva od
A1. jednog ili više djelomično hidroliziranih alkoksisilana formule (Ia),
(R1O)nSiR23-nR3 (Ia)
gdje simboli i znakovi imaju sljedeće definicije:
R1 je C1-C6 alkil ili C1-C10 aril,
R2 je C1-C4 alkil, C2-C4 alkenil, ili C2-C4 alkinil, C6-C10 aril, C6-C10 aralkil, ili C6-C10 alkaril,
R3 je epoksi-funkcionalna skupina, i
n je 1, 2 ili 3;
A2. opcionalno jednog ili više djelomično hidroliziranih alkoksisilana formule (Ib),
(R4O)nSiR54-n (Ib)
gdje simboli i znakovi imaju sljedeće definicije:
R4 je C1-C6 alkil ili C6-C10 aril,
R5 je C1-C10 alkil, C2-C4 alkenil, ili C2-C4 alkinil, C6-C10 aril, C6-C10 aralkil, ili C6-C10 alkaril,
dok su navedeni radikali opcionalno supstituirani s jednom ili više, poželjno s jednom, amino skupinom/skupinama, i
n je 1, 2, 3 ili 4;
B1. jednog ili više metalnih alkoksida formule (IIa),
Ti(OR6)4 (IIa)
gdje simboli imaju sljedeće definicije:
R6 je C1-C6 alkil ili C6-C10 aril;
B2. opcionalno jednog ili više metalnih alkoksida formule (IIb),
M+(4-m)(OR7)4-m (IIb)
gdje simboli i znakovi imaju sljedeće definicije:
M je metal iz glavne ili prijelazne skupine 3 ili 4 s EN < 1,5 osim za Ti,
R7 je C1-C6 alkil ili C6-C10 aril, i
m je 0 ili 1, poželjno 1,
pri čemu molarni omjer od Si u komponenti A1 i A2 prema Ti u komponenti B1, iznosi 1 – 20 : 1;
C. jednog ili više oligomernih ili polimernih poliola;
D. jednog ili više blokiranih, opcionalno modificiranih poliizocijanata; i
E. opcionalno jednog ili više monomera, oligomera i/ili polimera koji imaju jednu ili više, poželjno najmanje dvije, slobodne epoksi skupine;
II. opcionalno jedno ili više bojila, i
III. opcionalno jedno ili više pomoćnih sredstava.
2. Sastav premaza prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da sadrži spoj (Ia) za kojega simboli i znakovi u formuli (Ia) imaju sljedeće definicije:
R1 je C1-C4 alkil,
R3 je 3-glicidiloksipropil, i
n je 3,
poželjno 3-glicidiloksipropiltrimetoksisilan i/ili 3-glicidiloksipropiltrietoksisilan.
3. Sastav premaza prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time, da sadrži jedan ili više spojeva formule (Ib) koje se poželjno biraju iz skupine koju čine tetraetoksisilan, metiltrietoksisilan, heksiltrietoksisilan, feniltrietoksisilan, aminopropiltrietoksisilan i smjese od dva ili više navedenih spojeva.
4. Sastav premaza prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time, da se djelomična hidroliza spoja formule (I) provodi u kiselom mediju, poželjno s dodavanjem fosforne kiseline.
5. Sastav premaza prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time, da spoj (IIa) jest titanij tetra-n-butoksid.
6. Sastav premaza prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time, da simboli i znakovi u formuli (IIb) imaju sljedeće definicije:
M je Al, Zr, ili B;
R7 je C1-C6 alkil, i
m je 0 ili 1.
7. Sastav premaza prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time, da komponenta E sadrži jedan ili više diglicidil ili triglicidil etera ili diglicidil ili triglicidil estera, poželjno 4,4'-izopropilidendifenol diglicidil eter.
8. Sastav premaza prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time, da komponenta C koja se koristi, sadrži razgranati poliester poliol.
9. Sastav premaza prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time, da komponenta D koja se koristi, sadrži jedan ili više blokiranih poliizocijanata na temelju izoforon diizocijanata ili heksametilen diizocijanata.
10. Postupak za proizvodnju obloženog supstrata, naznačen time, da obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
(a) vlažno-kemijsko nanošenje sastava premaza u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, na supstrat, i
(b) toplinsko stvrdnjivanje sastava premaza.
11. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time, da je vremenski period stvrdnjivanja u rasponu od 2 minute do 2 sata.
12. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 10 ili 11, naznačen time, da se toplinsko stvrdnjivanje u koraku (b) provodi na temperaturi koja je u rasponu od 80 do 240°C.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 10 do 12, naznačen time, da se kod supstrata radi o metalnom, staklenom i plastičnom supstratu, preciznije o aluminijskom supstratu.
14. Supstrat, poželjno metalni, stakleni i plastični supstrat, preciznije aluminijski supstrat, naznačen time, da je obložen premazom u skladu sa sastavom premaza opisanim u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9.
15. Uporaba sastava premaza opisanog u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačena time, da je za oblaganje supstrata, poželjno metalnih, staklenih i plastičnih supstrata, preciznije aluminijskih supstrata.
