Claims (15)
1. Sustav za otkrivanje oštećenja na staklenoj površini (10) vozila, pri čemu sustav sadrži:
senzorsku jedinicu (14) koja se nalazi u blizini površine;
procesor (16) koji je u komunikaciji sa senzorskom jedinicom (14), pri čemu je procesor konfiguriran tako da analizira podatke primljene od senzorske jedinice kako bi odredio integritet površine; i
komunikacijsku jedinicu (18) koja je konfigurirana tako da emitira signal kao odgovor na to što je procesor (16) utvrdio da je površina (10) oštećena;
pri čemu je sustav u funkciji kada je vozilo aktivno ili se kreće;
naznačen time što senzorska jedinica (14) sadrži najmanje dva senzora koji detektiraju različite karakteristike; i time što pri određivanju da li je površina oštećena, procesor (16) primjenjuje korak verifikacije osiguravajući tako da je oštećenje detektirano korištenjem oba od najmanje dva senzora koji detektiraju različite karakteristike.
2. Sustav za otkrivanje oštećenja prema zahtjevu 1, pri čemu senzorska jedinica sadrži mikrofon (34) i procesor (26) sadrži sustav za pojačavanje zvuka i sustav za obradu signala.
3. Sustav za otkrivanje oštećenja prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, pri čemu senzorska jedinica sadrži kameru (35) koja je postavljena tako da snima površinu i procesor (26) sadrži softver za obradu slike koji može analizirati slike dobivene od kamere kako bi identificirao bilo koja oštećena područja.
4. Sustav za otkrivanje oštećenja prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, pri čemu senzorska jedinica sadrži optički odašiljač (24) i optički detektor (25), pri čemu je optički odašiljač konfiguriran tako da najmanje djelomično osvjetljava površinu i pri čemu je optički detektor postavljen tako da najmanje djelomično prima svjetlost emitiranu iz optičkog odašiljača.
5. Sustav za otkrivanje oštećenja prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, koji dalje sadrži elektroprovodljivi film (31) koji se nalazi na površini i pri čemu senzorska jedinica sadrži električni krug (44) koje može mjeriti električnu otpornost filma.
6. Sustav za otkrivanje oštećenja prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, pri čemu senzorska jedinica sadrži pretvarač (44) konfiguriran tako da emitira akustičke valove koji izazivaju vibraciju površine i prijemnik koji je postavljen (44) tako da mjeri vibracije površine.
7. Sustav za otkrivanje oštećenja prema zahtjevu 6, pri čemu su pretvarač i prijemnik jedan isti uređaj (44) koji je konfiguriran tako da emitira impulse akustičkih valova.
8. Postupak za otkrivanje oštećenja na staklenoj površini vozila, pri čemu postupak sadrži:
mjerenje akustičkih, električnih ili optičkih karakteristika površine ili blizine površine pomoću senzorske jedinice (14);
analiziranje podataka primljenih od senzorske jedinice (14) korištenjem procesora (16) radi određivanja integriteta površine; i
generiranje izlaznog signala iz komunikacijske jedinice (18) kao odgovora na to što je procesor (16) utvrdio da je površina oštećena;
pri čemu se postupak primjenjuje kada je vozilo aktivno ili se kreće;
naznačen time što ovaj postupak mjeri dvije ili veći broj akustičkih, električnih ili optičkih karakteristika površine, ili blizine površine, pomoću senzorske jedinice (14) i što senzorska jedinica (14) sadrži najmanje dva senzora koji detektiraju različite karakteristike; i što pri određivanju da li je površina oštećena, procesor (16) primjenjuje korak verifikacije osiguravajući tako da je oštećenje detektirano korištenjem oba od najmanje dva senzora koji detektiraju različite karakteristike.
9. Postupak za otkrivanje oštećenja prema zahtjevu 8, pri čemu je komunikacijska jedinica (18) konfigurirana tako da šalje upozorenje ili signal da je površina oštećena na udaljenu lokaciju;
pri čemu je komunikacijska jedinica (18) u bežičnoj komunikaciji sa udaljenom lokacijom i/ili sadrži primopredajnik za emitiranje signala, i/ili GPS odašiljač i/ili GPS.
10. Postupak za otkrivanje oštećenja prema zahtjevima 8 ili 9, pri čemu korak mjerenja dvije ili većeg broja karakteristika pomoću senzorske jedinice (14) obuhvaća snimanje zvuka mogućeg oštećenja pomoću mikrofona (34) i pretvaranje ovog zvučnog signala u električni signal.
11. Postupak za otkrivanje oštećenja prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 do 10, pri čemu korak mjerenja dvije ili većeg broja karakteristika površine pomoću senzorske jedinice sadrži snimanje površine pomoću kamere (35).
12. Postupak za otkrivanje oštećenja prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 do 11, pri čemu korak mjerenja dvije ili većeg broja karakteristika površine pomoću senzorske jedinice sadrži najmanje djelomično osvjetljavanje površine korištenjem najmanje jednog optičkog odašiljača (24) i snimanje količine svjetlosti koja se reflektira ili prenosi kroz površinu korištenjem najmanje jednog optičkog detektora (25).
13. Postupak za otkrivanje oštećenja prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 do 12, koji sadrži postavljanje elektroprovodljivog filma (31) na površinu i mjerenje električne otpornosti filma.
14. Postupak za otkrivanje oštećenja prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 do 13, koji sadrži mjerenje akustičkih karakteristika površine emitiranjem akustičkih valova iz pretvarača (44) kako bi se izazvale vibracije površine i mjerenje vibracija površine pomoću prijemnika (44).
15. Postupak za otkrivanje oštećenja prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 do 14, pri čemu je udaljena lokacija servisni centar za popravke; i/ili pri čemu postupak sadrži određivanje lokacije najbližeg servisnog centra za popravke ili najbližeg naznačenog servisnog centra za popravke i slanje upozorenja na tu lokaciju.
