Claims (23)
1. Inokulant za proizvodnju lijevanog željeza sa sferoidnim grafitom, te navedeni inokulant sadrži čestice legure ferosilicija koja sadrži od između 40 i 80 % masenog udjela Si,
0,02-8 % masenog udjela Ca;
0-5 % masenog udjela Sr;
0-12 % masenog udjela Ba;
0-10 % masenog udjela metala rijetkih zemalja;
0-5 % masenog udjela Mg;
0,05-5 % masenog udjela Al;
0-10 % masenog udjela Mn;
0-10 % masenog udjela Ti;
0-10 % masenog udjela Zr;
naznačen time što navedeni inokulant dodatno sadrži, masene udjele, na temelju ukupne mase inokulanta:
0,1 do 15 % masenog udjela čestica oksida metala rijetkih zemalja, i
najmanje jedne od 0,1 do 15 % čestica Bi2O3, i/ili od 0,1 do 15 % čestica Bi2S3, i/ili od 0,1 do 15 % čestica Sb2O3, i/ili od 0,1 do 15 % čestica Sb2S3, i/ili od 0,1 do 5 % jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihovu smjesu, i/ili od 0,1 do 5 % jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihovu smjesu, pri čemu je ravnoteža željezo i slučajne nečistoće u uobičajenoj količini.
2. Inokulant prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što legura ferosilicija sadrži između 45 i 60 % masenog udjela Si.
3. Inokulant prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što legura ferosilicija sadrži između 60 i 80 % masenog udjela Si,
4. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što metali rijetkih zemalja sadrže Ce, La, Y i/ili mischmetal,
5. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što inokulant sadrži 0,2 do 12 % masenog udjela čestica oksida metala rijetkih zemalja.
6. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što oksid(i) metala rijetkih zemalja je (su) CeO2 i/ili La2O3 i/ili Y2O3.
7. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što inokulant sadrži od 0,3 do 10 % čestica Bi2O3.
8. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što inokulant sadrži od 0,3 do 10 % čestica Bi2S3.
9. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što inokulant sadrži od 0,3 do 10 % čestica Sb2O3.
10. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što inokulant sadrži od 0,3 do 10 % čestica Sb2S3.
11. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što inokulant sadrži od 0,5 do 3 % jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihovu smjesu, i/ili od 0,5 do 3 % jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihovu smjesu.
12. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što ukupna količina čestica oksida metala rijetkih zemalja i najmanje jedne od čestica Bi2O3, i/ili čestica Bi2S3, čestica Sb2O3, i/ili čestica Sb2S3, i/ili jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihove smjese, i/ili jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihove smjese iznosi od 20 % masenog udjela, na temelju ukupne mase inokulanta.
13. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je inokulant u obliku smjese ili fizičke mješavine čestica legure ferosilicija i čestica oksida metala rijetkih zemalja, i najmanje jedne od čestica Bi2O3, čestica Bi2S3, čestica Sb2O3, čestica Sb2S3, jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihove smjese i/ili jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihove smjese.
14. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su čestice oksida metala rijetkih zemalja, i najmanje jedne od čestica Bi2O3, čestica Bi2S3, čestica Sb2O3, čestica Sb2S3, jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihova smjesa i/ili jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihova smjesa prisutne kao spojevi za oblaganje na česticama legure na bazi ferosilicija.
15. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je inokulant u obliku aglomerata napravljenih od smjese čestica legure ferosilicija i čestica oksida metala rijetkih zemalja, i najmanje jedne od čestica Bi2O3, čestica Bi2S3, čestica Sb2O3, čestica Sb2S3, jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihove smjese i/ili jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihove smjese.
16. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je inokulant u obliku briketa izrađenih od smjese čestica legure ferosilicija i čestica oksida metala rijetkih zemalja, i najmanje jedne od čestica Bi2O3, čestica Bi2S3, čestica Sb2O3, čestica Sb2S3, jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihove smjese i/ili jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihove smjese.
17. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se čestice legure na bazi ferosilicija i čestice oksida metala rijetkih zemalja, i najmanje jedne od čestica Bi2O3, čestica Bi2S3, čestica Sb2O3, čestica Sb2S3, jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihova smjesa i/ili jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihova smjesa, dodaju odvojeno, ali istovremeno u tekuće lijevano željezo.
18. Postupak za proizvodnju inokulanta prema patentnim zahtjevima 1-17, naznačen time što sadrži:
osiguravanje legure na bazi čestica koja sadrži
između 40 do 80 % masenog udjela Si,
0,02-8 % masenog udjela Ca;
0-5 % masenog udjela Sr;
0-12 % masenog udjela Ba;
0-10 % masenog udjela metala rijetkih zemalja;
0-5 % masenog udjela Mg;
0,05-5 % masenog udjela Al;
0-10 % masenog udjela Mn;
0-10 % masenog udjela Ti;
0-10 % masenog udjela Zr;
ravnoteža je Fe i slučajne nečistoće u uobičajenoj količini, te dodavanje navedenoj bazi čestica, masenog udjela, na temelju ukupne mase inokulanta,
0,1 do 15 % masenog udjela čestica oksida metala rijetkih zemalja i
najmanje jedne od 0,1 do 15 % čestica Bi2O3, i/ili od 0,1 do 15 % čestica Bi2S3, i/ili od 0,1 do 15 % čestica Sb2O3, i/ili od 0,1 do 15 % čestica Sb2S3, i/ili od 0,1 do 5 % jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihove smjese, i/ili od 0,1 do 5 % jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihove smjese, za proizvodnju navedenog inokulanta.
19. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 18, naznačen time što se čestice oksida metala rijetkih zemalja, i čestice Bi2O3, i/ili čestice Bi2S3, i/ili čestice Sb2O3, čestice Sb2S3, jedna od više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihova smjesa, i/ili jedna od više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihova smjesa, miješaju ili izmiješaju s česticama osnovne legure.
20. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 18, naznačen time što se čestice oksida metala rijetkih zemalja, i čestice Bi2O3, i/ili čestice Bi2S3, i/ili čestice Sb2O3, čestice Sb2S3, jedna od više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihova smjesa, i/ili jedna od više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihova smjesa, miješaju prije nego što se pomiješaju s česticama osnovne legure.
21. Upotreba inokulanta prema patentnim zahtjevima 1-15 u proizvodnji lijevanog željeza sa sferoidnim grafitom, dodavanjem inokulanta u taljevinu lijevanog željeza prije lijevanja, istovremeno kod lijevanja ili kao inokulanta u kalupu.
22. Upotreba prema patentnom zahtjevu 21, naznačena time što se čestice legure na bazi ferosilicija i čestice oksida metala rijetkih zemalja, i čestice Bi2O3, i/ili čestice Bi2S3, i/ili čestice Sb2O3, čestice Sb2S3, jedna od više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihova smjesa, i/ili jedna od više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihova smjesa, dodaju kao mehanička smjesa ili mješavina u taljevinu lijevanog željeza.
23. Upotreba prema patentnom zahtjevu 21, naznačena time što se čestice legure na bazi ferosilicija i čestice oksida metala rijetkih zemalja, i čestice Bi2O3, i/ili čestice Bi2S3, i/ili čestice Sb2O3, čestice Sb2S3, jedna od više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihova smjesa, i/ili jedna od više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihova smjesa, dodaju se odvojeno, ali istovremeno u taljevinu lijevanog željeza.
