Claims (21)
1. Inokulant za proizvodnju lijevanog željeza sa sferoidnim grafitom, navedeni inokulant sadrži leguru ferosilicija u obliku čestica koja sadrži između 40 i 80 % težinski Si;
0,02-8 % težinski Ca;
0-5 % težinski Sr;
0-12 % težinski Ba;
0-15 % težinski metala rijetkih zemalja;
0-5 % težinski Mg;
0,05-5 % težinski Al;
0-10 % težinski Mn;
0-10 % težinski Ti;
0-10 % težinski Zr;
ravnoteža je Fe i sporedne nečistoće u uobičajenoj količini,
naznačen time što navedeni inokulant dodatno sadrži, po težini, na temelju ukupne težine inokulanta:
0,1 do 15 % čestica Bi2S3, i
po izboru između 0,1 i 15 % čestica Bi2O3, i/ili između 0,1 i 15 % čestica Sb2O3, i/ili između 0,1 i 15 % čestica Sb2S3, i/ili između 0,1 i 5 % jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihovu smjesu i/ili između 0,1 i 5 % jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihovu smjesu.
2. Inokulant prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što legura ferosilicija sadrži između 45 i 60 % težinski Si.
3. Inokulant prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što legura ferosilicija sadrži između 60 i 80 % težinski Si.
4. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što metali rijetkih zemalja uključuju Ce, La, Y i/ili mischmetal.
5. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što inokulant sadrži između 0,5 i 10 % težinski čestica Bi2S3.
6. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što inokulant sadrži između 0,1 i 10 % čestica Bi2O3.
7. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što inokulant sadrži između 0,1 i 8 % čestica Sb2O3.
8. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što inokulant sadrži između 0,1 i 8 % čestica Sb2S3.
9. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što inokulant sadrži između 0,5 i 3 % jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihovu smjesu, i/ili između 0,5 i 3 % jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihovu smjesu.
10. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što ukupna količina čestica Bi2S3, i po izboru čestica Bi2O3, i/ili čestica Sb2O3, i/ili čestica Sb2S3, i/ili jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihova smjesa, i/ili jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihova smjesa iznosi do 20 % težinski, prema ukupnoj težini inokulanta.
11. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je inokulant u obliku mješavine ili fizičke smjese legure ferosilicija u obliku čestica i čestica Bi2S3, te po izboru čestica Bi2O3, i/ili čestica Sb2O3, i/ili čestica Sb2S3, i/ili jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihove smjese i/ili jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihove smjese.
12. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što čestice Bi2S3, i po izboru čestice Bi2O3, i/ili čestice Sb2O3, i/ili čestice Sb2S3, i/ili jedna ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihova smjesa, i/ili jedna ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihova smjesa, je/su prisutne kao spojevi za oblaganje na česticama legure na bazi ferosilicija.
13. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je inokulant u obliku aglomerata napravljenih od smjese legure ferosilicija u česticama i čestica Bi2S3, i po izboru čestica Bi2O3, i/ili čestica Sb2O3, i/ili čestica Sb2S3, i/ili jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihove smjese i/ili jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihove smjese.
14. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je inokulant u obliku briketa napravljenih od smjese legure ferosilicija u česticama i čestica Bi2S3, i po izboru čestica Bi2O3, i/ili čestica Sb2O3, i/ili čestica Sb2S3, i/ili jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihove smjese i/ili jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihove smjese.
15. Inokulant prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se čestice legure na bazi ferosilicija i čestice Bi2S3, te po izboru čestice Bi2O3, i/ili čestice Sb2O3, i/ili čestice Sb2S3, i/ili jedna ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihova smjesa i/ili jedna ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihova smjesa, dodaju odvojeno, ali istovremeno u tekuće lijevano željezo.
16. Postupak za proizvodnju inokulanta prema patentnim zahtjevima 1-15, te postupak obuhvaća:
osiguravanje čestica osnovne legure koja sadrži
između 40 i 80 % težinski Si,
0,02-8 % težinski Ca;
0-5 % težinski Sr;
0-12 % težinski Ba;
0-15 % težinski metala rijetkih zemalja;
0-5 % težinski Mg;
0,05-5 % težinski Al;
0-10 % težinski Mn;
0-10 % težinski Ti;
0-10 % težinski Zr;
ravnoteža je Fe i sporedne nečistoće u uobičajenoj količini, i
dodavanje u navedenu bazu čestica, težinski, na temelju ukupne težine inokulanta:
0,1 do 15 % čestica Bi2S3,
i po izboru između 0,1 i 15 % čestica Bi2O3, i/ili između 0,1 i 15 % čestica Sb2O3, i/ili između 0,1 i 15 % čestica Sb2S3, i/ili između 0,1 i 5 % jedne ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihove smjese, i/ili između 0,1 i 5 % jedne ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihove smjese, za proizvodnju navedenog inokulanta.
17. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 16, naznačen time što se čestice Bi2S3, i po izboru čestice Bi2O3, i/ili čestice Sb2O3, i/ili čestice Sb2S3, i/ili jedna ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihova smjesa i/ili jedna ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihova smjesa, ako su prisutne, miješaju ili izmiješaju s česticama osnovne legure.
18. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 17, naznačen time što se čestice Bi2S3, i po izboru čestice Bi2O3, i/ili čestice Sb2O3, i/ili čestice Sb2S3, i/ili jedna ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihova smjesa i/ili jedna ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihova smjesa, ako su prisutne, miješaju prije nego se izmiješaju s česticama osnovne legure.
19. Upotreba inokulanta prema patentnim zahtjevima 1-15 naznačena time što je za proizvodnju lijevanog željeza sa sferoidnim grafitom, dodavanjem inokulanta u talinu lijevanog željeza prije lijevanja, ili kao inokulant u kalupu.
20. Upotreba prema patentnom zahtjevu 19, naznačena time što se legura na bazi čestica ferosilicija i čestica Bi2S3, te po izboru čestica Bi2O3, i/ili čestica Sb2O3, i/ili čestica Sb2S3, i/ili jedna ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihova smjesa i/ili jedna ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihova smjesa, dodaje kao mehanička smjesa ili mješavina u talinu lijevanog željeza.
21. Upotreba prema patentnom zahtjevu 19, naznačena time što se legura na bazi čestica ferosilicija i čestica Bi2S3, te po izboru čestica Bi2O3, i/ili čestica Sb2O3, i/ili čestica Sb2S3, i/ili jedna ili više čestica Fe3O4, Fe2O3, FeO, ili njihova smjesa i/ili jedna ili više čestica FeS, FeS2, Fe3S4, ili njihova smjesa, dodaju odvojeno ali istovremeno u talinu lijevanog željeza.
