Claims (8)

1. Oleaginozni kvasac vrste Trichosporon oleaginosus podnijet 17. svibnja 2017. prema Budimpeštanskom sporazumu Leibniz-Institutu DSMZ - Deutsche Sammlung von Mikroorganismen und Zellkulturen GmbH - Inhoffenstraße 7 B 38124 Braunschweig (Njemačka), depozit broj DSM 32508.
2. Proces za proizvodnju lipida koji obuhvaća: - pripremu inokuluma koji sadrži najmanje oleaginozni kvasac vrste Trichosporon oleaginosus DSM 32508 prema patentnom zahtjevu 1; - dopremanje spomenutog inokuluma u uređaj za kultivaciju da se dobije bujon kulture; - podvrgavanje spomenutog bujona kulture razdvajanju da se dobije vodena suspenzija koncentrirane oleaginozne stanične biomase koja sadrži lipide i vodenu fazu; - ekstrakciju unutarstaničnih lipida akumuliranih unutar stanica kvasca.
3. Proces za proizvodnju lipida prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, pri čemu navedeni proces: - se provodi na temperaturi u opsegu od 10°C do 40°C, poželjno u opsegu od 20°C do 35°C; i/ili - se provodi tokom vremena u opsegu od 40 sati do 200 sati, poželjno u opsegu od 80 sati do 150 sati; i/ili - se provodi pod aerobnim uvjetima; i/ili - se provodi pri pH u opsegu od 4,5 do 7,0 poželjno u opsegu od 5,0 do 6,5.
4. Proces za proizvodnju lipida prema patentnom zahtjevu 2 ili 3, pri čemu se navedeni proces provodi polazeći od inokuluma u količini u opsegu od 1% do 5% (vol/vol) ukupne zapremine medija kulture, dobivenom iz prethodne kulture navedenog oleaginoznog kvasca vrste Trichosporon oleaginosus DSM 32508, provedene u istom mediju kulture tokom vremena u opsegu od 6 sati do 24 sata.
5. Proces za proizvodnju lipida prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 2 do 4, pri čemu se navedeni proces provodi u mediju kulture koji sadrži glukozu kao izvor ugljika i amonij sulfata [(NH4)2SO4] kao izvor dušika.
6. Proces za proizvodnju lipida prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 2 do 5, pri čemu se navedeni proces provodi u napajanoj šarži.
7. Proces za proizvodnju lipida prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 2 do 5, pri čemu se navedeni proces, nakon vremena u opsegu od 15 sati do 25 sati nakon inokulacije, dalje provodi u napajanoj šarži, poželjno tokom vremena u opsegu od 25 sati do 175 sati, poželjnije u opsegu od 65 sati do 125 sati, dodavanjem najmanje dodatnog izvora dušika kao što je koncentrirani kukuruzni ekstrakt, ekstrakt kvasca, amonij sulfat, urea, u takvoj količini kao da se dodaje količina dušika u opsegu od 0,5 g/L do 5 g/L, u bujon kulture.
8. Proces za proizvodnju lipida prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva od 2 do 7, pri čemu se navedeni proces, nakon vremena u opsegu od 15 sati do 25 sati nakon inokulacije, dalje provodi u napajanoj šarži, poželjno tokom vremena u opsegu od 25 sati do 175 sati, poželjnije u opsegu od 65 sati do 125 sati, dodavanjem vodene otopine glukoze tako da je koncentracija glukoze konstantna u bujonu kulture u opsegu od 25 g/L do 50 g/L.
