Claims (11)

1. Armaturni sklop (15), s ojačavajućim tijelom (16) s međusobno presijecanjem armaturnih elemenata (18), s najmanje jednom zadržavajućom sidrenom jedinicom (17) koja je postavljena na armaturnom tijelu (16) i ima nožni dio (32) raspoređen na ojačavajućem tijelu (16) i pridržavajućem dijelu (33) koji su susjedni dijelu stopala (32), pri čemu je zadržavajući dio (33) pomičan između funkcionalnog položaja (W) i položaja za odlaganje (A), i pri čemu se zadržavajući dio (33) u položaju za odlaganje (A) proteže duž tijela za pojačanje (16) i u funkcionalnom položaju (W) stoji ukoso ili pod pravim kutom od tijela za ojačavanje (16), pri čemu je zadržavajući dio (33) pomičan između funkcijskog položaja (W) i skladišnog položaja (A), i pri čemu je zadržavajući dio (33) u skladišnom položaju (A) I proteže se duž tijela za ojačanje (16) i u položaju funkcije (W) strši ukoso ili pod pravim kutom od tijela za ojačanje (16), pri čemu je najmanje jedna pričvrsna jedinica (17) u skladišnom položaju (A) opterećena silom prednaprezanja (F) i/ili momentom predopterećenja (M) tako da je zadržavajući dio (33) pokrenut u smjeru položaja funkcije (W), naznačen time što svaki armaturni element (18) i svako pričvrsno sidro (38, 39) sadrži najmanje jedan snop vlakana u koji je ugrađena matrica (20), drugo da se svaka pričvrsna jedinica (17) sastoji od dvije zadržavajući sidra (38, 39), od kojih svako ima nožni dio (40) i sigurnosni dio (41) koji se proteže zdesnakutova ili koso prema nožnom dijelu (40).
2. Armaturni sklop u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što sila prednapona (F) i/ili moment predopterećenja (M) uzrokuje automatsko zauzimanje funkcijskog položaja (W) ako se zadržavajući dio ne drži u svom položaju za skladištenje (A) djelovanjem vanjskih sila.
3. Armaturni sklop prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je svako pričvrsno sidro (38, 39) oblikovano integralno.
4. Armaturni sklop u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je pričvrsni dio (41) svakog pričvrsnog sidra (38, 39) okretljiv oko osovine (S1, S2) koja je definirana barem smjerom opsega dijela stopala (40) istog sidra (38, 39).
5. Armaturni sklop prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se dijelovi stopala potpornih sidara (38, 39) iste pričvrsne jedinice (17) protežu u zajedničkoj ravnini.
6. Armaturni sklop prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što dijelovi stopala (41) pričvrsnih sidara (38, 39) iste pričvrsne jedinice (17) zatvaraju kut (β) manji od 180°.
7. Armaturni sklop prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da dijelovi stopala (41) pričvrsnih sidara (38, 39) iste pričvrsne jedinice (17) zatvaraju kut (β) od najmanje 90°.
8. Armaturni sklop u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što pričvrsna sidrena jedinica (17) ima sredstvo za prednaprezanje (55) koje učvršćuju sidra (38, 39) s prednaponskom silom (F) i / ili moment predopterećenja (M).
9. Armaturni sklop prema zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što je sredstvo za prednaprezanje (55) elastično deformabilno.
10. Postupak za izradu građevinskog materijala (21) pomoću armaturnog sklopa (15) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, sa slijedećim koracima: - postavljanje ojačavajućeg tijela (16) u oplatu (56) i pomicanje sigurnosnog dijela (33) najmanje jedne pričvrsne sidrne jedinice (17) u funkcijski položaj (W), - punjenje oplate (56) otvrdnjivim građevinskim materijalom (B) tako da je armaturno tijelo (16) okruženo slojem građevinskog materijala (23), a barem jedan potporni dio (33) barem djelomično strši iz zgrade sloj materijala (23), - postavljanje međusloja (24) na sloju građevinskog materijala (23) kroz koji viri barem jedan zadržavajući dio (33).
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time, da je vanjski sloj (26) postavljen na međusloju (24) i povezan s najmanje jednim zadržavajućim dijelom (33).
