Claims (12)

1. Postupak pranja tekstila u tunelskoj perilici koja se sastoji od dva ili više odjeljaka, pri čemu se tekstil transportira iz odjeljka u odjeljak unaprijed određenim tempom, voda se kroz tunelsku perilicu transportira u protu-struji, a tekućina za pranje bez halogena se dovodi u jedan ili više odjeljaka, pri čemu je navedena tekućina za pranje djelomično ili u potpunosti ozračena UV zračenjem, naznačen time što navedena tekućina za pranje sadrži vodikov peroksid i/ili perkiselinu u otapalu, naročito u vodi.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što perkiseline uključuju peroctenu kiselinu, peroktansku kiselinu, pernonansku kiselinu i/ili ε-ftalimido peroksikaprinsku kiselinu uključujući njihove međusobne smjese i s vodikovim peroksidom.
3. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time što navedena tekućina za pranje sadrži otapalo, naročito vodu, te jedan ili više materijala odabranih iz skupine koja sadrži površinski aktivne tvari, alkalne tvari, sredstva za kompleksiranje, optička sredstva za posvjetljivanje i sredstva za izbjeljivanje.
4. Postupak prema jednom ili više od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što se navedena tekućina za pranje zrači UV zračenjem prije nego što se dovede u jedan ili više odjeljaka tunelske perilice.
5. Postupak prema jednom ili više od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se primijenjeno UV zračenje sastoji od zračenja u UVC području, naročito od UVC zračenja.
6. Postupak prema jednom ili više od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što se pranje tekstila provodi na temperaturi od 40 do 60 °C, naročito na temperaturi od 50 °C.
7. Postupak prema jednom ili više od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što navedena tekućina za pranje sadrži vodikov peroksid u koncentraciji od 1 do 5 g/kg rublja.
8. Tunelska perilica za izvođenje postupka prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, koja sadrži dva ili više odjeljaka, uređaj za tempirano transportiranje tekstilnih šarža od odjeljka do odjeljka, te uređaj za dovod vode, pri čemu navedeni uređaj za dovod ima takvu konstrukciju da se voda može transportirati protustrujno do šarži tekstila kroz odjeljke, i uređaj za dovod tekućine za pranje u jedan ili više odjeljaka, koji se sastoji od jednog ili više spremnika i transportnog sustava, pri čemu navedena tunelska perilica sadrži jedan ili više UV reaktora, pri čemu su navedeni UV reaktori ili a) ugrađeni u transportni sustav za tekućinu za pranje na takav način da se tekućina za pranje može provesti u cijelosti ili djelomično iz spremnika ili jednog od odjeljaka tunelske perilice, ili b) raspoređeni su na takav način da unutarnji prostor jednog ili više odjeljaka tunelske perilice može biti djelomično ili potpuno ozračen UV zračenjem, naznačena time što navedeni UV reaktor(i) mogu proizvesti UV zračenje koje obuhvaća zračenje u UVC području.
9. Tunelska perilica prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačena time što je navedeni transportni sustav tekućine za pranje takve prirode da se tekućina za pranje ozračena zračenjem u UV reaktoru prije nego što se dovede u jedan od odjeljaka navedene tunelske perilice može recirkulirati u spremnik.
10. Tunelska perilica prema jednom ili više od zahtjeva 8 ili 9, naznačena time što je navedeni transportni sustav za tekućinu za pranje takve prirode da se tekućina za pranje ozračena u UV reaktoru prije nego što je dovedena u jedan od odjeljaka navedene tunelske perilice može pomiješati s neozračenom tekućinom za pranje iz spremnika i isporučiti u jedan ili više odjeljaka navedene tunelske perilice, pri čemu se omjer miješanja može slobodno podesiti s jednim ili više ventila.
11. Upotreba UV zračenja u postupku pranja tekstila prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7 u tunelskoj perilici prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 8 do 10.
12. Upotreba prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačena time što se UV zračenje sastoji od UVC zračenja.
