Claims (12)
1. Uređaj za proizvodnju plastike u obliku praha što je više moguće sferične strukture, gdje se vruću talinu proizvoda (2) prska i ohladi, koji sadrži spremnik (30), koji omeđuje unutarnji prostor (32), uređaj s mlaznicom (7), koja se nalazi u gornjem području unutarnjeg prostora (32) i spojena je s transportnom cijevi za dostavu (3) vruće taline proizvoda (2), gdje talina izlazi iz uređaja s mlaznicom (7) i razdvaja se u sitne kapi koje padaju prema dolje u unutarnji prostor (32), jedinicu za dostavu (6) za rashladni plin, po mogućnosti CO2 ili N2, koja ima više izlaznih otvora razmještenih po obodu, u koje se dostavlja rashladni plin pretežno u ukapljenom stanju, te gdje navedena struja rashladnog plina, koja dolazi u kontakt sa sitnim kapima, izlazi u unutarnji prostor (32), i pneumatski uređaj za izdavanje (10) u donjem području unutarnjeg prostora (32), koji izdaje ohlađenu tvar u obliku praha, naznačen time što se jedinica za dostavu (6) nalazi iznad ili u istoj razini kao uređaj s mlaznicom (7), što vruća talina proizvoda (2) izlazi iz uređaja s mlaznicom (7) u obliku stošca raspršivanja, što struja rashladnog plina izlazi iz jedinice za dostavu (6) u obliku stošca, te što se stožac raspršivanja nalazi unutar stošca struje rashladnog plina.
2. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je jedinica za dostavu (6) konfigurirana kao sustav prstena, te po mogućnosti što jedinica za dostavu (6) ima promjer od 20-100 cm, osobito 30-60 cm.
3. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što jedinica za dostavu (6) ima slobodni unutarnji prostor čije su unutarnje dimenzije veće od vanjskih dimenzija uređaja s mlaznicom (7), a osobito ima slobodni unutarnji promjer veći od vanjskog promjera uređaja s mlaznicom (7).
4. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što stožac raspršivanja (8) i stožac (9) imaju oblik krnjeg stošca.
5. Uređaj u skladu s prethodnim patentnim zahtjevom, naznačen time što stožac raspršivanja i stožac imaju zajedničku os, te što se zajednička os pruža paralelno u odnosu na os z.
6. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što izlazni otvori imaju slobodni poprečni presjek od 0,1-8 mm, osobito 2-6 mm.
7. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što jedinica za dostavu (6) ima podesive izlazne otvore, gdje se veličinu slobodnog poprečnog presjeka može podesiti na stupnjeviti ili kontinuirani način.
8. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je uređaj s mlaznicom (7) spojen samo s transportnom cijevi (3), ili što je uređaj s mlaznicom (7) dodatno također spojen s drugom cijevi, kroz koju, osobito, prolazi zrak pod tlakom.
9. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se u transportnoj cijevi (3) nalazi crpka.
10. Postupak proizvodnje plastike u obliku praha što je više moguće sferične strukture, iz vruće taline proizvoda (2) koju se prska i ohladi, koji se sastoji od sljedećih koraka:
a) osiguravanja spremnika (30), koji omeđuje unutarnji prostor (32),
b) osiguravanja uređaja s mlaznicom (7) i smještavanja uređaja s mlaznicom (7) u gornjem području unutarnjeg prostora (32), dostavljanja vruće taline proizvoda u uređaj s mlaznicom (7), gdje navedeni proizvod, razdvojen u sitne kapi, izlazi, a kapi padaju prema dolje u unutarnji prostor (32),
c) osiguravanja jedinice za dostavu (6) rashladnog plina, po mogućnosti CO2 ili N2, koja se nalazi iznad ili u istoj razini kao uređaj s mlaznicom (7) i koja ima više izlaznih otvora, razmještenih po obodu, u koje se dostavlja rashladni plin pretežno u ukapljenom stanju, te gdje navedena struja rashladnog plina, koja dolazi u kontakt sa sitnim kapima, izlazi u unutarnji prostor (32), te
d) osiguravanja pneumatskog uređaja za izdavanje (10), koji izdaje ohlađenu tvar u obliku praha, i smještavanja uređaja za izdavanje (10) u donjem području unutarnjeg prostora (32),
naznačen time što vruća talina proizvoda (2) izlazi iz uređaja s mlaznicom (7) u obliku stošca raspršivanja, struja rashladnog plina izlazi iz jedinice za dostavu (6) u obliku stošca, a stožac raspršivanja se nalazi unutar stošca struje rashladnog plina.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time što se vruću talinu dostavlja u uređaj s mlaznicom (7) pod pretlakom.
12. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10 ili 11, naznačen time što struja rashladnog plina koja izlazi iz jedinice za dostavu (6) nije izravno usmjerena u uređaj s mlaznicom (7).
