Claims (13)
1. Mrvice koje sadrže najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat, naznačene time što mrvice:
a) imaju sadržaj krutina od 78.0%, težinski, do 90.0%, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine mrvica,
b) sadrže čestice najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat koje imaju:
i) težinsku veličinu čestica d75 od 0.7 do 3.0 µm,
ii) težinsku srednju veličinu čestica d50 od 0.5 do 2.0 µm,
iii) težinsku veličinu čestica d25 od 0.1 do 1.0 µm, kao što je izmjereno postupkom sedimentacije, i
c) sadrže čestice najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat koje imaju BET specifičnu površinu od 4.0 do 12.0 m2/g, što je izmjereno adsorpcijom plinovitog dušika uz pomoć BET izoterme (ISO 9277:2010)
gdje mrvice ne sadrže disperzna sredstva.
2. Mrvice u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačene time što je najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat najmanje jedan prirodni materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat, po mogućnosti dolomit i/ili najmanje jedan mljeveni kalcijev karbonat (GCC), poželjnije najmanje jedan mljeveni kalcijev karbonat (GCC), a najpoželjnije najmanje jedan mljeveni kalcijev karbonat (GCC) kojeg se bira iz skupine koju čine mramor, kreda, vapnenac i njihove smjese.
3. Mrvice u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačene time što mrvice sadrže:
a) najmanje jedan dodatni čestični materijal za ispunu, po mogućnosti najmanje jedan dodatni čestični materijal za ispunu kojeg se bira iz skupine koju čine istaloženi kalcijev karbonat (PCC), metalni oksidi, poput titanijevog dioksida i/ili aluminijevog trioksida, metalni hidroksidi, poput aluminijevog trihidroksida, metalne soli, poput sulfata, silikata, poput talka i/ili kaolina i/ili kaolinske gline i/ili tinjca, karbonata, poput magnezijevog karbonata i/ili gipsa, satenskog bjelila i njihove smjese, i/ili
b) na sebi barem dio dostupnog područja površine čestica materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat obrađeni sloj koji sadrži hidrofobizirajuće sredstvo, po mogućnosti alifatsku karboksilnu kiselinu koja ima ukupnu količinu atoma ugljika od C4 do C24 i/ili njezine reakcijske produkte i/ili najmanje jedan monosupstituirani sukcinanhidrid koji se sastoji od sukcinanhidrida monosupstituiranog skupinom koju se bira između nerazgranate, razgranate, alifatske i prstenaste skupine koja ima ukupnu količinu atoma ugljika od C2 do C30 u supstituentu i/ili njegove reakcijske produkte i/ili smjesu estera fosforne kiseline jednog ili više monoestera fosforne kiseline i/ili njihove reakcijske produkte i jedan ili više diestera fosforne kiseline i/ili njihove reakcijske produkte.
4. Mrvice u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačene time što mrvice imaju
a) sposobnost upijanja vlage, tako da je njihova ukupna razina površinske vlage ≤ 0,6 mg/g, po mogućnosti ≤ 0,5 mg/g, poželjnije ≤ 0,4 mg/g, a najpoželjnije ≤ 0,3 mg/g suhih mrvica nakon izlaganja atmosferi od 50% relativne vlažnosti u trajanju od 48 sati na temperaturi od 23 °C, i/ili
b) sadržaj vlage od 0.2%, težinski, do 0.6%, težinski, po mogućnosti od 0.2%, težinski, do 0.4%, težinski, a najpoželjnije od 0.25%, težinski, do 0.35%, težinski, na osnovi ukupne suhe težine mrvica.
5. Postupak priprave mrvica koje sadrže najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se postupak sastoji u koracima:
a) osiguravanja najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat u obliku vodene suspenzije koja ima sadržaj krutina u rasponu od 5.0 do 45.0%, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine suspenzije,
b) mokrog mljevenja najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat iz koraka a) kako bi se dobilo vodenu suspenziju najmanje jednog mokro mljevenog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat, gdje čestice najmanje jednog mokro mljevenog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat imaju
i) težinsku veličinu čestica d75 od 0.7 do 3.0 µm,
ii) težinsku srednju veličinu čestica d50 od 0.5 do 2.0 µm,
iii) težinsku veličinu čestica d25 od 0.1 do 1.0 µm, kao što je izmjereno postupkom sedimentacije, i
iv) BET specifičnu površinu od 4.0 do 12.0 m2/g, što je izmjereno adsorpcijom plinovitog dušika uz pomoć BET izoterme (ISO 9277:2010),
c) mehaničkog dehidriranja vodene suspenzije iz koraka b) u cijevnom tijesku kako bi se dobilo mrvice koje sadrže najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat koji ima sadržaj krutina od 78.0%, težinski, do 90.0%, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine mrvica,
gdje vodena suspenzija najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat iz koraka a) ne sadrži disperzna sredstva, a korak b) mokrog mljevenja i korak c) mehaničkog dehidriranja se provodi u odsutnosti disperznih sredstava.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što vodena suspenzija najmanje jednog mokro mljevenog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat dobivena u koraku b) ima
a) manji sadržaj krutina nego vodena suspenzija najmanje jednog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat osiguran u koraku a), i/ili
b) sadržaj krutina u rasponu od 10.0 do 35.0%, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine suspenzije.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 ili 6, naznačen time što se korak b) postupka provodi u prisutnosti najmanje jednog dodatnog čestičnog materijala za ispunu, po mogućnosti najmanje jednog dodatnog čestičnog materijala za ispunu kojeg se bira iz skupine koju čine istaloženi kalcijev karbonat (PCC), metalni oksidi, poput titanijevog dioksida i/ili aluminijevog trioksida, metalni hidroksidi, poput aluminijevog trihidroksida, metalne soli, poput sulfata, silikata, poput talka i/ili kaolina i/ili kaolinske gline i/ili tinjca, karbonata, poput magnezijevog karbonata i/ili gipsa, satenskog bjelila i njihove smjese.
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 7, naznačen time što se vodenu suspenziju najmanje jednog mokro mljevenog materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat dobivena u koraku b) djelomično dehidrira do sadržaja krutina u rasponu od 20.0 do 40.0%, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine suspenzije, prije provođenja koraka c) postupka.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 8, naznačen time što se korak c) postupka provodi pod tlakom, po mogućnosti tlakom od 20.0 bara do 140.0 bara, poželjnije od 65.0 bara do 120.0 bara, a najpoželjnije od 80.0 do 110.0 bara.
10. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 do 9, naznačen time što postupak dodatno uključuje korak d)
a) obrade mrvica koje sadrže najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat dobivenih u koraku c) hidrofobizirajućim sredstvom, po mogućnosti alifatskom karboksilnom kiselinom koja ima ukupnu količinu atoma ugljika od C4 do C24 i/ili najmanje jednim monosupstituiranim sukcinanhidridom koji se sastoji od sukcinanhidrida monosupstituiranog skupinom koju se bira između nerazgranate, razgranate, alifatske i prstenaste skupine koja ima ukupnu količinu atoma ugljika od C2 do C30 u supstituentu i/ili smjese estera fosforne kiseline jednog ili više monoestera fosforne kiseline i jednog ili više diestera fosforne kiseline, kako bi se dobilo površinski obrađene mrvice koje na sebi sadrže barem dio dostupnog područja površine čestica materijala koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat obrađeni sloj koji sadrži hidrofobizirajuće sredstvo, i/ili
b) sušenja mrvica koje sadrže najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat dobivenih u koraku c) do sadržaja krutina od ≥ 97.0%, težinski, po mogućnosti od 97.0 do 99.98%, težinski, a najpoželjnije od 97.0 do 99.98%, težinski, na osnovi ukupne težine mrvica, i/ili.
c) dispergiranja mrvica uz pomoć disperznog sredstva na bazi poliakrilata.
11. Artikl, naznačen time što sadrži mrvice koje sadrže najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4.
12. Artikl u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što se artikl bira iz skupine koju čine plastika, po mogućnosti filmovi, poželjnije puhani filmovi ili zrakopropusni filmovi, vlakna, polivinil-klorid, plastisolovi, duromeri, poželjnije duromerni nezasićeni poliesteri ili duromerni nezasićeni poliuretani, hrana, kozmetika, brtvila, lijekovi, papir, papirni omotači, obloge, boje, ljepivi artikli i njihove smjese.
13. Upotreba mrvica koje sadrže najmanje jedan materijal koji sadrži kalcijev karbonat u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačena time što se mrvice upotrebljava u proizvodnji papira, papirnih omotača, hrane, plastike, po mogućnosti filmova, poželjnije puhanih filmova ili zrakopropusnih filmova, vlakna, polivinil-klorid, plastisolova, duromera, poželjnije duromernih nezasićenih poliestera ili duromernih nezasićenih poliuretana, poljoprivrednih proizvoda, boja, obloga, ljepila, brtvila, lijekova, poljoprivrednih proizvoda, građevnih materijala i/ili kozmetičkih proizvoda.
