Claims (16)

1. Postupak pripreme čestica kalcijevog hidroksida (Ca(OH)2) obloženih kalcijevim karbonatom (CaCO3) kao produkta reakcije, koji obuhvaća: uvođenje čestica kalcijevog hidroksida u reakcijsku posudu; reagiranje čestica kalcijevog hidroksida s ugljikovim dioksidom u obliku suhog leda uvođenjem suhog leda u reakcijsku posudu i omogućavanjem da se ugljikov dioksid pomiješa s česticama kalcijevog hidroksida i reagira tako da nastane prevlaka kalcijevog karbonata na česticama kalcijevog hidroksida; naznačen time što se udio čestica kalcijevog hidroksida u suhom ledu kontrolira na temelju mjerenja specifične težine reakcijskog produkta kako bi se dobile čestice kalcijevog hidroksida presvučene kalcijevim karbonatom koje sadrže 70-95% m/m kalcijevog hidroksida i 5-30% m/m površinske prevlake kalcijevog karbonata.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 naznačen time što se zajedničko miješanje čestica kalcijevog hidroksida s ugljikovim dioksidom provodi gravitacijskim taloženjem čestica.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2 naznačen time što su čestice kalcijevog hidroksida manje od 75 mikrona, naročito 44 mikrona, i čestice su u obliku praha.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-3 naznačen time što udio suhog leda u odnosu na kalcijev hidroksid iznosi 31,8 kg (70 lb) suhog leda na 907,2 kg (tona) kalcijevog hidroksida za površinsku oblogu kalcijevog karbonata od 20% m/m.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4 naznačen time što kalcijev karbonat tvori ravnomjernu prevlaku na površini kalcijevog hidroksida.
6. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-5 naznačen time što čestice kalcijevog hidroksida obložene kalcijevim karbonatom sadrže 15-30% m/m prevlake kalcijevog karbonata, poželjno 20% m/m prevlake kalcijevog karbonata.
7. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-6 naznačen time što je suhi led u obliku pahuljica koje imaju približni raspon veličina čestica od oko minus 1680 mikrona (12 mesh) do plus 1000 mikrona (18 mesh).
8. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7 naznačen time što se reakcija provodi u šaržama.
9. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7 naznačen time što se reakcija provodi u kontinuiranom postupku.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-9 naznačen time što čestice kalcijevog hidroksida imaju srednju veličinu čestica od 44 mikrona i raspodjelu veličine koja se sastoji od 95% populacije čestica od 44 mikrona.
11. Uređaj za pripremu čestica kalcijevog hidroksida obloženih kalcijevim karbonatom koji sadrži: reaktor; ulaz za čestice kalcijevog hidroksida; ulaz za suhi led; mjerač gustoće za određivanje specifične težine reakcijskog produkta, pri čemu specifična težina reakcijskog produkta daje pokazatelj postotka površinskog karboniziranja nastalog reakcijom suhog leda i kalcijevog hidroksida; i pri čemu se količina suhog leda koja se uvodi u sustav može povećati ili smanjiti kako bi se dobio proizvod koji ima odabranu specifičnu težinu i postotak površinske karbonizacije.
12. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 11 naznačen time što je mjerač gustoće u komunikaciji s računalom koje kontrolira ulaz za Ca(OH)2 i ulaz za suhi led kako bi se osigurao omjer kalcijevog hidroksida i suhog leda u reakcijskoj posudi kako bi se dobio proizvod koji ima određenu specifičnu težinu.
13. Uređaj prema patentnom zahtjevu 11 ili 12 naznačen time što nadalje sadrži izlaz za uklanjanje karbonatom obloženog proizvoda kalcijevog hidroksida.
14. Uređaj prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 11-13 naznačen time što se Ca(OH)2 i suhi led mogu istovremeno dodavati u reakcijsku posudu kako bi se omogućilo gravitacijsko miješanje reakcijskih komponenata.
15. Pripravak koji sadrži karbonatom obložene čestice kalcijevog hidroksida koje sadrže 70-95% m/m kalcijevog hidroksida i 5-30% m/m površinske prevlake kalcijevog karbonata; te kalcijev karbonat tvori ravnomjernu prevlaku na površini kalcijevog hidroksida, pri čemu čestice kalcijevog hidroksida imaju jednaku debljinu prevlake kalcijevog karbonata oko opsega čestice.
16. Pripravak kako je opisan u zahtjevu 15, naznačen time što se koristi kao punilo s polimerom kao što je termoplastični polimer ili duromer.
