Claims (15)
1. Armaturni element (10) za povećanje čvrstoće samostvrdnjavajućih pastoznih materijala koji je napravljen od savitljivih niti (13), element (10) sadrži centralni dio (12) koji je u suštini u ravnini i najmanje tri kraka (11) koji se protežu od centralnog dijela (12) u različitim prostornim smjerovima, svaki krak (11) je sastavljen od odgovarajuće petlje (14) napravljene savijanjem niti (13) od kojeg je odgovarajući krak (11) napravljen i navedena petlja (14) ima vanjski kraj koji međusobno povezuje dvije razmaknute grane (15) koje formira navedena savijena nit (13) odgovarajuće petlje (14), naznačen time što su u svakoj petlji (14) grane (15) u suštini paralelne jedna s drugom, tako da je udaljenost između dva i dvadeset pet puta veće od veličine niti (13), a kraci (11) se pružaju od centralnog dijela (12) u prostor u ravnomjernom rasporedu tako da ne postoji poželjni smjer za krakove (11) u kome bi se protezalo više krakova nego u bilo kojem drugom smjeru i u bilo kojem poluprostoru odvojenom bilo kojom ravninom koja vodi kroz centralni dio (12) raspoređen je najmanje jedan krak (11).
2. Armaturni element prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je dužina krakova (11) najviše deset puta veća od njihove širine.
3. Armaturni element prema patentnim zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačen time što sadrži paran broj krakova (11), a najmanje je par krakova (11) koji se pružaju u suprotnim prostornim smjerovima napravljen savijanjem jednog niti (13).
4. Armaturni element prema patentnim zahtjevima 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je broj krakova (11) četiri, od kojih su odgovarajući parovi napravljeni savijanjem jednog niti (13), a njihove petlje (14) padaju u centralni dio (12), u suštini u zajedničkoj ravni, pri čemu parovi koji čine krakove (11) kada se projektiraju u zajedničkoj ravnini su uglavnom u odgovarajućim zajedničkim ravnim linijama kao produžetak jedan drugog, a kraci (11) u svakom paru pružaju se u suprotnim smjerovima zajedničke ravne linije, a jedan od parova koje čine krakovi (11) savijen je u smjeru nagore od zajedničke ravni za unaprijed određeni kut (α), a drugi par krakova (11) je savijen na isti ili gotovo isti način u suprotnom, odnosno smjeru prema dolje od zajedničke ravni.
5. Armaturni element prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što ugao (α) savijanja krakova (11) u odnosu na zajedničku ravan je između 20° i 50°.
6. Armaturni element prema patentnim zahtjev 4 ili 5, naznačen time što su dva para krakova (11) pričvršćena jedan za drugi savijanjem niti (13) čineći jedan od parova u centralnom dijelu (12).
7. Armaturni element prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što niti (13) imaju kružne poprečne presjeke.
8. Armaturni element prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je konstruiran savijanjem jednog niti (13).
9. Armaturni element prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što je materijal niti (13, 13a, 13b, 22, 23, 24) čelik, bakar, ugljično vlakno, plastika, staklo, bazaltno vlakno ili kombinacija ovih materijala.
10. Armaturni element prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što niti (13) sadrže oblogu za zaštitu od korozije i/ili za povećanje čvrstoće.
11. Armaturni element prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što ima prosječnu gustoću kontroliranu debljinom obloge tako da bude jednaka ili skoro jednaka gustoći pastoznog materijala.
12. Armaturni element prema patentnim zahtjevima 10 ili 11, naznačen time što je premaz napravljen od prediva ugljičnog vlakna ili staklenog vlakna koje je vezano za niti (13) pomoću vezivnog materijala.
13. Armaturni element prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što su niti (13) napravljeni od dvostrukih niti.
14. Postupak za izradu konstrukcije od izlivenog materijala koji ima povećanu čvrstoću, koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake: miješanje materijala kada je u pastoznom stanju od nekoliko komponenti, zatim prelijevanje u oplatu ili kalup potrebnog oblika, a zatim puštanje da se materijal stvrdne ili učvrsti, naznačen time što se unosi količina od najmanje 80 kg/m3 armaturnih elemenata napravljenih prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, u materijal kada je još uvijek u pastoznom stanju, i miješaju se dodani armaturni elementi (10) da bi se u njemu ravnomjerno rasporedili i izvodi se navedeni korak izlijevanja nakon toga.
15. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 14, naznačen time što je pastozni materijal beton koji ima kvalitetu najmanje C50 i poželjno veći od C 100.
