Claims (13)
1. Metoda izrade plutajuće prenapregnute betonske konstrukcije (13), koja obuhvaća korake:
- postavljanja najmanje jedne prve šipke (12) za pojačanje koja sadrži bazalt u kalup, suštinski duž uzdužnog pružanja kalupa;
- izlijevanja betona u kalup tako da beton prekriva najmanje jednu šipku (12) za pojačanje;
- omogućavanja da se beton stvrdne; i
- postavljanja najmanje jednog plutajućeg elementa u beton prije ili poslije stvrdnjavanja kako bi se formirala plutajuća betonska konstrukcija, i
- prenaprezanja najmanje jedne prve šipke (12) za pojačanje prethodnim naprezanjem navedene šipke prije nego što se beton izlije, a zatezanje primijenjeno na najmanje jednu prvu šipku (12) za pojačanje se otpušta nakon stvrdnjavanja betona, pri čemu betonska konstrukcija (13) ima poprečni presjek suštinski u obliku slova U, tako da suštinski obuhvaća najmanje tri strane plutajućeg elementa.
2. Metoda proizvodnje plutajuće prenapregnute betonske konstrukcije (13), koja obuhvaća korake:
- postavljanja najmanje jedne prve šipke (12) za pojačanje koja sadrži bazalt u kalup, suštinski duž uzdužnog pružanja kalupa;
- izlijevanja betona u kalup tako da beton prekriva najmanje jednu šipku (12) za pojačanje;
- omogućavanja da se beton stvrdne; i
postavljanja najmanje jednog plutajućeg elementa u beton prije ili poslije stvrdnjavanja kako bi se formirala plutajuća betonska konstrukcija, i
prenaprezanja najmanje jedne prve šipke (12) za pojačanje, i
- gdje je najmanje jedna nemagnetska šipka za pojačanje naknadno prenapregnuta nakon što se beton znatno stvrdnuo i održava se zatezanje primijenjeno na najmanje jednoj prvoj šipki (12) za pojačanje, pri čemu betonska konstrukcija (13) ima poprečni presjek suštinski u obliku slova U, tako da suštinski obuhvaća najmanje tri strane plutajućeg elementa.
3. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, koja dalje obuhvaća korak dodavanja vlakana za pojačavanje napravljenih od bazalta, plastike, polimera, stakla, ugljika, aramida ili bilo koje njihove kombinacije u beton.
4. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, gdje korak postavljanja najmanje jednog plutajućeg elementa u beton obuhvaća postavljanje najmanje jednog plutajućeg elementa u kalup pored najmanje jedne šipke (12) za pojačanje prije izlijevanja betona.
5. Metoda prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 - 3, koja dalje obuhvaća korak postavljanja najmanje jednog plutajućeg elementa u beton nakon stvrdnjavanja betona.
6. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, koja dalje obuhvaća korak postavljanja najmanje jedne druge prethodno napregnute šipke za pojačanje koja sadrži bazalt suštinski pod pravim kutom na najmanje jednu prvu prethodno napregnutu šipku (12) za pojačanje.
7. Plutajuća prenapregnuta betonska konstrukcija (13) koja sadrži:
- najmanje jedan plutajući element obuhvaćen betonskom konstrukcijom (13); i
- najmanje jednu prvu prethodno napregnutu šipku (12) za pojačanje ugrađenu u betonsku konstrukciju (13) suštinski duž njenog uzdužnog pružanja, i
- najmanje jednu šipku (12) za pojačanje koja sadrži bazalt i koja je prethodno napregnuta prije nego što se beton stvrdne, naznačena time što betonska konstrukcija (13) ima poprečni presjek suštinski u obliku slova U, tako da suštinski obuhvaća najmanje tri strane plutajućeg elementa.
8. Plutajuća prenapregnuta betonska konstrukcija (13) prema patentnom zahtjevu 6, gdje beton sadrži vlakna za pojačanje napravljena od nemagnetskog materijala.
9. Plutajuća prenapregnuta betonska konstrukcija (13) prema patentnom zahtjevu 7, gdje nemagnetski materijal sadrži vlakna bazalta, plastike, polimera, stakla, ugljika, aramida ili bilo koju njihovu kombinaciju.
10. Plutajuća prenapregnuta betonska konstrukcija (13) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 6 - 8, koja dalje sadrži najmanje jednu drugu prenapregnutu šipku za pojačanje koja sadrži bazalt postavljenu suštinski pod pravim kutom na prvu prenapregnutu šipku (12) za pojačanje.
11. Plutajuća prenapregnuta betonska konstrukcija (13) prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 6 - 9, gdje plutajući element ima suštinski pravokutni poprečni presjek.
12. Plutajuća prenapregnuta betonska konstrukcija (13) prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, koja sadrži veliki broj prethodno napregnutih šipki (12) za pojačanje koje sadrže bazalt ugrađen u najmanje jedan kutni dio (16, 17) poprečnog presjeka u obliku slova U betonske konstrukcije (13).
13. Ponton (10) koji sadrži najmanje jednu plutajuću prenapregnutu betonsku konstrukciju (13) kako je definirano u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 7-12.
