Claims (12)
1. Postupak za vađenje i odvajanje rijetkih zemljanih elemenata, naznačen time što postupak sadrži sljedeće korake:
davanje rijetkog zemljanog elementa koji sadrži rudu;
mljevenje rijetkog zemljanog elementa koji sadrži rudu radi stvaranja rude u prahu;
ispiranje rude u prahu s najmanje jednom mineralnom kiselinom radi stvaranja otopine za ispiranje koja sadrži rijetki zemljani element i čvrsti materijal;
odvajanje čvrstog materijala od otopine za ispiranje radi stvaranja vodeno-rijetkog zemljanog koncentrata;
taloženje vodeno-rijetkog zemljinog koncentrata za selektivno uklanjanje rijetkog zemljanog elementa iz otopine za ispiranje i za dobivanje taloga rijetkog zemljanog elementa;
zagrijavanje taloga rijetkog zemljanog elementa u zraku radi stvaranja oksida rijetkog zemljanog elementa;
miješanje i zagrijavanje oksida rijetkog zemljanog elementa s amonijevom soli radi stvaranja bezvodnih rijetkih zemljanih soli;
formiranje smjese bezvodnih rijetkih zemljanih soli u vodenoj otopini; i
odvajanje rijetkih zemljanih elementa od vodene otopine kroz proces stvaranja energije pomoću žrtvene anode.
2. Postupak za vađenje rijetkih zemljanih elemenata iz rude koja sadrži rijetku zemlju, postupak sadrži sljedeće korake:
mljevenje rude koja sadrži rijetku zemlju radi stvaranja rude u prahu;
ispiranje rude u prahu s najmanje jednom mineralnom kiselinom radi stvaranja otopine za ispiranje koja sadrži najmanje jedan rijetki zemljani element i čvrsti materijal;
odvajanje čvrstog materijala od otopine za ispiranje;
dodavanje oksalne kiseline u otopinu za ispiranje kako bi se istaložio koncentrat rijetkog zemljanog oksalata;
zagrijavanje koncentrata rijetkog zemljanog oksalata u zraku radi stvaranja oksida rijetkog zemljinog koncentrata;
miješanjem oksida rijetkog zemljanog koncentrata s amonijevom soli i zagrijavanjem na zraku radi dobivanja bezvodnih rijetkih zemljanih soli;
formiranje mješavine bezvodnih rijetkih zemljanih soli u vodenoj otopini; i
odvajanje rijetkih zemljanih elemenata od vodene otopine kroz proces stvaranja energije pomoću žrtvene anode.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što je mineralna kiselina u koncentraciji s pH manjim od 1.
4. Postupak prema zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je mineralna kiselina odabrana iz skupine mineralnih kiselina koje sadrže:
HCI, HNO3 i H2SO4.
5. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što postupak nadalje sadrži korak uklanjanja barem jednog metalnog iona iz otopine za ispiranje.
6. Postupak prema zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što korak uklanjanja barem jednog metalnog iona iz otopine za ispiranje nadalje sadrži titriranje s magnezijevim oksidom (MgO) do pH 14.
7. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što se korak dodavanja oksalne kiseline zamjenjuje korakom titriranja s magnezijevim oksidom.
8. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što se korak dodavanja oksalne kiseline zamjenjuje korakom titriranja s magnezijevim oksidom do pH 7 da se stvori rijetki zemljani hidroksid.
9. Postupak prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što se korak dodavanja oksalne kiseline zamjenjuje korakom titriranja karbonatom do pH 7 da se dobije karbonatni koncentrat.
10. Postupak za vađenje rijetkih zemljanih elemenata iz rudnog materijala koji sadrži rijetke zemljane elemente, postupak sadrži sljedeće korake:
ispiranje rudnog materijala otopinom mineralne kiseline, pri čemu otopina mineralne kiseline sadrži oksalatni spoj;
miješanje otopine mineralne kiseline za iscrpljivanje rijetkih zemljanih elemenata iz rudnog materijala;
odvajanje iscrpljenog rudnog materijala od otopine mineralne kiseline;
titriranje s bazom radi stvaranja koncentrata rijetkog zemljanog oksalata;
uklanjanje najmanje jednog metalnog iona iz koncentrata rijetkog zemljanog oksalata;
dodavanje oksalne kiseline za taloženje koncentrata rijetkog zemljanog oksalata;
zagrijavanje koncentrata rijetkog zemljinog oksalata u zraku radi stvaranja oksida rijetkog zemljanog koncentrata;
miješanje oksida rijetkih zemljanih elemenata s amonijevom soli i zagrijavanje radi stvaranja bezvodnih rijetkih zemljanih soli;
stvaranje mješavine bezvodnih rijetkih zemljanih soli u vodenoj otopini; i
odvajanje rijetkih zemljanih elemenata od vodene otopine kroz proces stvaranja energije pomoću žrtvene anode.
11. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što oksalatni spoj sadrži amonijev oksalat.
12. Postupak prema zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što se baza sastoji od magnezijevog oksida.
