Abstract

Способ экстракции и выделения редкоземельных элементов, включающий обеспечение содержащих редкоземельные элементы руд или хвостов, измельчение содержащей редкоземельные элементы руды для образования порошкообразной руды; выщелачивание порошкообразной руды по меньшей мере одной минеральной кислотой, образование выщелачивающего раствора, содержащего ионы по меньшей мере одного металла, редкоземельные элементы и твердый материал, выделение твердого материала из выщелачивающего раствора для образования водного концентрата металла, осаждение водного концентрата металла для селективного удаления ионов металла из выщелачивающего раствора и получения осадка редкоземельных элементов; нагревание осадка редкоземельных элементов на воздухе для образования оксидов редкоземельных элементов, смешивание оксидов редкоземельных элементов с солью аммония и нагревание в сухом воздухе/азоте, образование смеси безводных солей редкоземельных элементов в водном растворе и выделение редкоземельных элементов из водного раствора посредством процесса электролитического выделения.
