Abstract
Спосіб екстракції та виділення рідкісноземельних елементів включає забезпечення руд або хвостів, що містять рідкісноземельні елементи, подрібнення руди, що містить рідкісноземельні елементи, для утворення порошкоподібної руди; вилуговування порошкоподібної руди щонайменше однією мінеральною кислотою, утворення вилуговуючого розчину, що містить іони щонайменше одного металу, рідкісноземельні елементи та твердий матеріал, виділення твердого матеріалу з вилуговуючого розчину для утворення водного концентрату металу, осадження водного концентрату металу для селективного видалення іонів металу з вилуговуючого розчину й одержання осаду рідкісноземельних елементів; нагрівання осаду рідкісноземельних елементів на повітрі для утворення оксидів рідкісноземельних елементів, змішування оксидів рідкісноземельних елементів із сіллю амонію та нагрівання у сухому повітрі/азоті, утворення суміші безводних солей рідкісноземельних елементів у водному розчині та виділення рідкісноземельних елементів із водного розчину за допомогою процесу електролітичного виділення.
