Claims (11)

1. Spoj koji sadrži: (a) supernatant, filtrati, ekstrakti ili čitav stanični bujon prikupljen iz Bacillus soja F727 (NRRL Accession Br. B-50768) kultivacija, pri čemu supernatant, filtrati, ekstrakti ili cijeli stanični bujon ima pesticidni rast ili promotivna aktivnost; i (b) najmanje jedan od nosača, razrjeđivača, površinski aktivnih tvari ili pomoćnih sredstava.
2. Spoj sukladno zahtjevu 1, koja dalje sadrži kemijski ili biološki pesticid ili sredstvo za poticanje rasta.
3. Postupak za modulaciju infestacije štetočina u biljci, sastoji se od: nanošenja na biljku ili njeno sjeme ili supstrata koji se koristi za uzgoj navedene biljke, u količini sastava spoja sukladno zahtjevu 1-2.
4. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je štetočina gljiva ili bakterija.
5. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što je gljiva odabrana iz skupine sastavljene od Aspergillus, Alternaria, Bremia, Sphaerotheca, Colletotrichum, Fusarium, Verticillium, Botritis, Sclerotinia, Sclerotium, Rhizoctonia i Bipolaris.
6. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 5, naznačen time što spoj inhibira klijanje spora.
7. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što je bakterija odabrana iz skupine koju čine Bacillus, Ervinia, Acidovorak i Clavibacter.
8. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je štetočina fitoftora (Phytophthora)
9. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 3, naznačen time, što se primjenjuje spoj sukladno zahtjevu 2, naznačeno time što je štetočina gljiva i odabran je pesticide iz skupine koju čine ekstrakt Reinoutria sachalinensis (knotveed) i soj Bacillus amilolikuefaciens D747.
10. Postupak za modulaciju rasta biljke ili klijanje sjemena koji sadrži kontakt s biljkom i njen supstrat rasta ili sjeme navedene biljke s količinom spoja sukladno zahtjevima 1-2, učinkovitog za modulaciju rasta navedene biljke ili klijanje navedenog sjemena.
11. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 10, naznačen time što je pripravak talkov pripravak.
