Claims (20)
1. Dozirni uređaj (1) namijenjen za doziranu distribuciju tekućine, sadržeći spremnik (2) s otvorom (4) koji je smješten na suprotnoj strani od dna (3), mjernu glavu (5), koja je u radnom stanju spojena na otvor (4) s izlaznim ventilom, kućište pumpe (6), koje je spojeno na unutrašnjost otvora (4), s ulaznim ventilom (7) koji se nalazi u smjeru unutrašnjosti spremnika (2), mjerna glava (5) imajući vreteno (8) koje ima prolazni kanal (10) spajajući izlazni ventil (9) i ulazni ventil (7), ulazni ventil (7) je ventil od plastičnog materijala i ne kuglasti ventil.
2. Dozirni uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da je vreteno (8) vođeno u mjernoj glavi (5) i kućištu pumpe (6) i ima središnji provrt koje tvori prolazni kanal (10).
3. Dozirni uređaj prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time da se prolazni kanal (10) proširuje u smjeru ulaznog ventila (7).
4. Dozirni uređaj prema zahtjevu 2 ili 3, naznačen time da je prolazni kanal (10) dimenzioniran, u smjeru izlaznog ventila (9), tako da se izlazni ventil (9) može zahvatiti.
5. Dozirni uređaj prema barem jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da se u spremniku (2) smješta mijeh (11) ili folijska vrećica (30) koji su brtvljeni na kućište pumpe (6).
6. Dozirni uređaj prema barem jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da je spremnik (2) cilindrični spremnik i da se otvor (4) nalazi u sužavajućem području koje se oblikuje kao vrat.
7. Dozirni uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da se spoj na klik sustav (12) nalazi na otvoru (4) spremnika (2) i spaja kućište pumpe (6) na spremnik (2) i na mjernu glavu (5).
8. Dozirni uređaj prema zahtjevu 7, naznačen time da su u mjernoj glavi (5), mijeh (41) s integriranom funkcijom brtvljenja ili opruga (13) smješteni između unutrašnjosti mjerne glave (5) i spoja na klik sustav (12) i operativno su spojeni sa spojem na klik sustav (12).
9. Dozirni uređaj prema zahtjevu 7 ili 8, naznačen time da je spoj na klik sustav (12) spojen s otvorom (4) spremnika (2) preko prve brtve (14).
10. Dozirni uređaj prema barem jednom od zahtjeva 7 do 9, naznačen time da je druga brtva (15) predviđena između spoja na klik sustav (12) i vretena (8).
11. Dozirni uređaj prema barem jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time da se izlazni ventil (9) tvori otvorom (16) u mjernoj glavi (5), koji otvor surađuje s kuglicom (17), s oprugom (18), mjehom (19) ili ventilnim klipom (40), ili se tvori konusom od plastičnog materijala (30) s oprugom (31).
12. Dozirni uređaj prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time da je kuglica (17) srebrom obložena čelična kugla, staklena kuglica, srebrno-bakrena kuglica ili keramička kuglica.
13. Dozirni uređaj prema zahtjevu 11 ili 12, naznačen time da je opruga (18) s kojom surađuje izlazni ventil (9) metalna opruga, metalna opruga obložena plastičnim materijalom ili opruga od plastičnog materijala.
14. Dozirni uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time da je izlazni ventil (9) oblikovan konusom (23) s izlaznim otvorom (25) koji surađuje s kuglicom (17) i oprugom (26).

Dozirni uređaj prema barem jednom od zahtjeva 5 do 15, naznačen time da je mijeh (11) smješten u spremniku (2) i spojen na kućište pumpe (6) radi stvaranja brtve, mijeh (11) smješten u spremniku (2) koji ima najmanje jedan kontaktni uređaj na barem jednom pregibu, koji kontaktni uređaj je u kontaktu s unutrašnjosti spremnika (2).
17. Dozirni uređaj prema barem jednom od zahtjeva od 5 do 16, naznačen time da se mijeh (11) ili folijska vrećica (40) sastoji od plastičnih materijala, odabranih između PA, PET, PTEE, PP, PE ili PU.
18. Dozirni uređaj prema barem jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 17, naznačen time da je materijal mjerne glave (5), kućišta pumpe (6) i spremnika (2) izabran između sljedećih plastičnih materijala: PA, PET, PTEE, PP, PE ili PU.
19. Dozirni uređaj prema zahtjevu 18, naznačen time da materijal mjerne glave (5) sadrži aditiv srebra poželjno u predjelu izlaznog otvora (16).
20. Uporaba dozirnog uređaja prema najmanje jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 19 kao dozirni uređaj za tekućinu ili polučvrsti sadržaji, kao što su naprimjer gelovi, masti, kreme itd.
