本創作係有關於一種按壓結構改良,其主要係於套筒內設有彈性件,且於套筒底端組設固定有球閥、套筒頂端組設固定有針閥,於針閥上端連接設置按壓管,按壓管上端則組設有按壓頭;藉此,利用該球閥控制容器內之流體進入該套筒內,利用該針閥控制該套筒內之流體由按壓管之注出口向外流出,使得在操作使用過程中,能防止有影響套筒內部真空狀態,可避免有過量之流體上衝由注出口向外流出之情況發生,而在其整體施行使用上更增實用精確計量功效特性者。

按壓結構改良
本創作係有關於一種按壓結構改良,尤其是指一種在操作使用過程中,能防止有影響套筒內部真空狀態,可避免有過量之流體上衝由注出口向外流出之情況發生,而在其整體施行使用上更增實用精確計量功效特性的按壓結構改良創新設計者。
按,由於各種的容器能方便物品的容裝收置,尤其是一般於市面上常可見到之許多烹調使用的調味品、或人體清潔使用的沐浴乳、洗髮精、或化妝品等流體,使得普遍皆會利用各式瓶、罐等容器容裝該類流體,且為求使用時之取用方便,會於該容器上設置有按壓結構,以藉由按壓該按壓結構之按壓頭後,將流體由容器中吸取流出,而供使用者使用。
其中,該按壓結構主要係於一套筒內套設有按壓管,該按壓管上端連結設有按壓頭,於該按壓管底端位於套筒內則套設有彈性元件,於該套筒底端套設有導流管,並於該套筒與該導流管之間設有球閥,使得於使用者按壓該按壓頭帶動該按壓管往該套筒內移動時,能令該套筒內之流體由該按壓管之注出口向外流出,而當使用者放開對該按壓頭之施力按壓時,該彈性元件會將該按壓管連同該按壓頭向上頂推回復原位,此時該套筒內部即會形成負壓,令該球閥內之滾珠移動,讓該球閥開啟導通,而使得容器內之流體即會經由該導流管流入該套筒內部蓄存。
然而,該類按壓結構雖可將流體由容器內利用按壓流出,達到供方便使用者進行使用之預期功效,但也其實際操作施行使用上發現,該按壓結構僅係於套筒與導流管之間設有球閥,以利用該球閥控制流體進入該套筒內,造成在對按壓頭按壓過程中,若搖晃令該球閥內之滾珠移位,即會影響該套筒內之真空吸力,在彈性元件將按壓管連同按壓頭向上頂推回復原位之同時,容易令容器內之流體向上衝,並於該按壓管之注出口向外流出,導致無法準確的控制流體的流量,尤其對於需準確控制流量的餐飲業而言,更是會產生使用上之極大不便,致令其在整體結構設計上仍存有改進之空間。
緣是,創作人有鑑於此,秉持多年該相關行業之豐富設計開發及實際製作經驗,針對現有之缺失予以研究改良,提供一種按壓結構改良,以期達到更佳實用價值性之目的者。
本創作之主要目的在於提供一種按壓結構改良,其主要係於套筒底端設有球閥、頂端設有針閥,利用該球閥控制容器內之流體進入該套筒內,利用該針閥控制該套筒內之流體由按壓管之注出口向外流出,使得在操作使用過程中,能防止有影響套筒內部真空狀態,可避免有過量之流體上衝由注出口向外流出之情況發生,而在其整體施行使用上更增實用精確計量功效特性者。
本創作按壓結構改良之主要目的與功效,係由以下具體技術手段所達成:
其主要係包括有容器蓋體、套筒、球閥、針閥及按壓管;其中:
該容器蓋體,其開設有組設孔;
該套筒,其上端組設固定於該容器蓋體之該組設孔內,於該套筒內部上、下端分別設有上頂撐件及下頂撐件,且於該上頂撐件與該下頂撐件間套設有彈性件;
該球閥,其設有球閥座,令該球閥座組設固定於該套筒底端,且該球閥座上端與該套筒內之該下頂撐件相接觸頂抵,於該球閥座開設有導入流道,且於該導入流道底端向該球閥座外貫穿開設有導入孔,並於該導入流道內固設有限位件,並於該導入流道內對應該限位件下方活動設有滾珠,利用該限位件限制該滾珠移動高度,另於該球閥座底端對應該導入孔連結設有導入流管;
該針閥,其設有針閥座,令該針閥座組設固定於該套筒頂端,且該針閥座底端與該套筒內之該上頂撐件相接觸頂抵,於該針閥座開設有導出流道,且於該導出流道底端向該針閥座外貫穿開設有導出孔,於該針閥座上端設有限位座,並於該導出流道內設有閥體,於該閥體與該限位座間套設有彈性元件;
該按壓管,其連接設於該針閥之該針閥座上端,且該按壓管與該針閥座之該導出流道導通連結,於該按壓管一側導通連結有注出口,另於該按壓管上端則組設有按壓頭。
本創作按壓結構改良的較佳實施例,其中,該球閥之該限位件為一插銷。
本創作按壓結構改良的較佳實施例,其中,對應該按壓管與該按壓頭之間分別設有數不同高度之限位套件,該限位套件開設有限位孔,利用該限位孔將該限位套件組設於該按壓管與該按壓頭之間,該限位套件限制該按壓頭向下按壓移動之行程。

該球閥(3),其設有球閥座(31),令該球閥座(31)組設固定於該套筒(2)底端,且該球閥座(31)上端與該套筒(2)內之該下頂撐件(22)相接觸頂抵,於該球閥座(31)開設有導入流道(311),且於該導入流道(311)底端向該球閥座(31)外貫穿開設有導入孔(312),並於該導入流道(311)內固設有限位件(32),該限位件(32)可為一插銷,並於該導入流道(311)內對應該限位件(32)下方活動設有滾珠(33),利用該限位件(32)限制該滾珠(33)移動高度,該滾珠(33)能於該限位件(32)與該導入孔(312)之間上下移動,於該滾珠(33)向下移動時恰能塞止於該導入孔(312),另於該球閥座(31)底端對應該導入孔(312)連結設有導入流管(34)。
該針閥(4),其設有針閥座(41),令該針閥座(41)組設固定於該套筒(2)頂端,且該針閥座(41)底端與該套筒(2)內之該上頂撐件(21)相接觸頂抵,於該針閥座(41)開設有導出流道(411),且於該導出流道(411)底端向該針閥座(41)外貫穿開設有導出孔(412),於該針閥座(41)上端設有限位座(42),並於該導出流道(411)內設有閥體(43),於該閥體(43)與該限位座(42)間套設有因應不同充填流體濃稠度的彈性元件(44),使得該閥體(43)能於該限位座(42)與該導出孔(412)之間上下移動,於該閥體(43)受到該彈性元件(44)向下頂推時,該閥體(43)恰能塞止於該導出孔(412)。
該按壓管(5),其連接設於該針閥(4)之該針閥座(41)上端,且該按壓管(5)與該針閥座(41)之該導出流道(411)導通連結,於該按壓管(5)一側導通連結有注出口(51),另於該按壓管(5)上端則組設有按壓頭(52)。
如此一來,使得本創作於操作使用上,於當欲取用該容器(6)內所容裝之流體時,請再一併參閱第四圖本創作之按壓狀態剖視結構示意圖所示,其係令使用者將該按壓管(5)上端所組設之按壓頭(52)施力向下按壓,使得該按壓頭(52)即會帶動該按壓管(5)向該套筒(2)內移動,且該按壓管(5)會帶動該針閥座(41)及該上頂撐件(21)向下移動,此時該套筒(2)內之流體即會因受到擠壓,而令流體將該球閥(3)之該球閥座(31)的該導入流道(311)內之該滾珠(33)向下推動,讓該滾珠(33)塞止於該導入孔(312)處,而隨著該該按壓管(5)帶動該針閥座(41)向該套筒(2)內移動,該套筒(2)內之流體即會由該針閥座(41)之該導出孔(412)將該閥體(43)向上頂推,讓流體經由該針閥座(41)之導出流道(411)向導通連結之該按壓管(5)的該注出口(51)外流出讓使用者使用。
而當使用者不再對該按壓管(5)上端所組設之按壓頭(52)施力按壓時,請再一併參閱第五圖本創作之復位狀態剖視結構示意圖所示,該套筒(2)內之該彈性件(23)即會將該上頂撐件(21)連同該針閥座(31)及該按壓管(5)向上頂推回復定位,於該針閥座(31)及該按壓管(5)向上移動過程中,該套筒(2)內即會形成負壓,此時該閥體(43)受到負壓影響及與該限位座(42)間所套設之該彈性元件(44)的回復彈力頂推,令該閥體(43)塞止於該導出孔(412)處,而該滾珠(33)即會被向上吸引離開該導入孔(312),利用該限位件(32)可限制該滾珠(33)移動高度,若限位件(32)設置高度越高,則滾珠(33)移動高度越高,相對由該導入孔(312)流入之流體量越大,此時該容器(6)內之流體即會由該導入流管(34)經由該導入孔(312)及該導入流道(311)流入該套筒(2)內蓄存。
另,請再一併參閱第六圖本創作之另一實施例立體分解結構示意圖所示,對應該按壓管(5)與該按壓頭(52)之間可分別設有數不同高度之限位套件(7),該限位套件(7)開設有限位孔(71),使得於欲控制該按壓管(5)之該注出口(51)向外流出不同流量的流體時,即能利用該限位孔(71)將該限位套件(7)組設於該按壓管(5)與該按壓頭(52)之間[請再一併參閱第七圖本創作之另一實施例立體組合結構示意圖所示],於當使用者將該按壓頭(52)向下按壓之同時,該按壓頭(52)即會受到該限位套件(7)所阻擋限位,限制該按壓頭(52)向下按壓之行程,相對即可限制該按壓管(5)於該套筒(2)內之移動行程,連帶即能達到控制由該注出口(51)所向外流出之流體的流量。
藉由以上所述,本創作結構之組成與使用實施說明可知,本創作與現有結構相較之下,本創作主要係於套筒底端設有球閥、頂端設有針閥,利用該球閥控制容器內之流體進入該套筒內,利用該針閥控制該套筒內之流體由按壓管之注出口向外流出,使得在操作使用過程中,能防止有影響套筒內部真空狀態,可避免有過量之流體上衝由注出口向外流出之情況發生,而在其整體施行使用上更增實用精確計量功效特性者。

Claims (3)

  1. 一種按壓結構改良,其主要係包括有容器蓋體、套筒、球閥、針閥及按壓管;其中: 該容器蓋體,其開設有組設孔; 該套筒,其上端組設固定於該容器蓋體之該組設孔內,於該套筒內部上、下端分別設有上頂撐件及下頂撐件,且於該上頂撐件與該下頂撐件間套設有彈性件; 該球閥,其設有球閥座,令該球閥座組設固定於該套筒底端,且該球閥座上端與該套筒內之該下頂撐件相接觸頂抵,於該球閥座開設有導入流道,且於該導入流道底端向該球閥座外貫穿開設有導入孔,並於該導入流道內固設有限位件,並於該導入流道內對應該限位件下方活動設有滾珠,利用該限位件限制該滾珠移動高度,另於該球閥座底端對應該導入孔連結設有導入流管; 該針閥,其設有針閥座,令該針閥座組設固定於該套筒頂端,且該針閥座底端與該套筒內之該上頂撐件相接觸頂抵,於該針閥座開設有導出流道,且於該導出流道底端向該針閥座外貫穿開設有導出孔,於該針閥座上端設有限位座,並於該導出流道內設有閥體,於該閥體與該限位座間套設有彈性元件; 該按壓管,其連接設於該針閥之該針閥座上端,且該按壓管與該針閥座之該導出流道導通連結,於該按壓管一側導通連結有注出口,另於該按壓管上端則組設有按壓頭。
