Claims (13)

1. Postupak za pripremu šećernog proizvoda iz lignoceluloznog materijala, koji sadrži sljedeće korake: a) po izboru, predobradu lignoceluloznog materijala, b) po izboru, ispiranje po izboru prethodno obrađenog lignoceluloznog materijala, c) enzimatsku hidrolizu po izboru ispranog i/ili po izboru prethodno obrađenog lignoceluloznog materijala koristeći enzimski pripravak koji sadrži najmanje dvije celulaze i pri čemu enzimski pripravak sadrži najmanje GH61, i d) po izboru, ponovno dobivanje šećernog proizvoda, naznačen time što se tijekom dijela vremena enzimatske hidrolize, kisik dodaje u lignocelulozni materijal, a tijekom dijela vremena enzimatske hidrolize se dodaje manje ili ništa kisika u lignocelulozni materijal u usporedbi s drugim dijelom vremena enzimatske hidrolize, reaktor za enzimatsku hidrolizu ima volumen od 1 m3 ili više i udio suhe tvari u koraku hidrolize (c) iznosi 10 mas.% ili više, pri čemu dio vremena u kojem se dodaje više kisika iznosi 12 do 50% kada se dodaje kisik u drugoj polovini vremena enzimatske hidrolize ili 2 do 30% ukupnog vremena enzimatske hidrolize kada se dodaje kisik u prvoj polovini vremena enzimatske hidrolize, i pri čemu koncentracija kisika u tekućoj fazi hidrolize tijekom dijela vremena u kojem se dodaje kisik iznosi barem 2 puta više od koncentracije kisika u tekućoj fazi tijekom dijela vremena u kojem se dodaje manje kisika ili se ne dodaje kisik.
2. Postupak za pripremu fermentacijskog proizvoda iz lignoceluloznog materijala, koji sadrži sljedeće korake: a) po izboru, predobradu lignoceluloznog materijala, b) po izboru, ispiranje po izboru prethodno obrađenog lignoceluloznog materijala, c) enzimatsku hidrolizu po izboru ispranog i/ili po izboru prethodno obrađenog lignoceluloznog materijala koristeći enzimski pripravak koji sadrži najmanje dvije celulaze i pri čemu enzimski pripravak sadrži najmanje GH61, d) fermentaciju hidroliziranog lignoceluloznog materijala radi dobivanja proizvoda fermentacije, i e) po izboru, ponovno dobivanje fermentacijskog proizvoda, naznačen time što se tijekom dijela vremena enzimatske hidrolize, kisik dodaje u lignocelulozni materijal, a tijekom dijela vremena enzimatske hidrolize se dodaje manje ili ništa kisika u lignocelulozni materijal u usporedbi s drugim dijelom vremena enzimatske hidrolize, reaktor za enzimatsku hidrolizu ima volumen od 1 m3 ili više i udio suhe tvari u koraku hidrolize (c) iznosi 10 mas.% ili više, pri čemu dio vremena u kojem se dodaje više kisika iznosi 12 do 50% kada se dodaje kisik u drugoj polovini vremena enzimatske hidrolize ili 2 do 30% ukupnog vremena enzimatske hidrolize kada se dodaje kisik u prvoj polovini vremena enzimatske hidrolize, i pri čemu koncentracija kisika u tekućoj fazi hidrolize tijekom dijela vremena u kojem se dodaje kisik iznosi barem 2 puta više od koncentracije kisika u tekućoj fazi tijekom dijela vremena u kojem se dodaje manje kisika ili se ne dodaje kisik.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što dio vremena u kojem se dodaje manje ili ništa kisika iznosi 10 do 80% ukupnog vremena enzimatske hidrolize.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što u dijelu vremena kada se dodaje kisik, koncentracija kisika u tekućoj fazi, pri čemu je lignocelulozni materijal prisutan tijekom enzimatske hidrolize, iznosi barem 0,001 mol/m3 ili najviše 0,12 mol/m3.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se kisik dodaje u obliku mjehurića.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što vrijeme enzimatske hidrolize iznosi 5 do 150 sati.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što korišteni enzimski pripravak zadržava aktivnost tijekom 30 sati ili više.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što se hidroliza odvija kod temperature od 45°C ili više.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što je enzimski pripravak dobiven iz gljivice ili enzimski pripravak sadrži gljivični enzim.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što sadržaj suhe tvari u stupnju hidrolize (c) iznosi 14 mas.% ili više.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što se enzimatska hidroliza odvija u šaržnom reaktoru, punjenom šaržnom reaktoru i/ili reaktoru za kontinuirano kultiviranje.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što se kisik uvodi kao plin koji sadrži kisik.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 2 do 12, naznačen time što se fermentacija provodi s mikroorganizmom koji može fermentirati barem jedan C5 šećer.
