Claims (14)
1. Postupak za pripremu šećernog proizvoda od lignoceluloznog materijala, koji sadrži sljedeće korake:
a) izborno, prethodni tretman lignoceluloznog materijala,
b) izborno, ispiranje izborno prethodno tretiranog lignoceluloznog materijala,
c) enzimska hidroliza izborno ispranog i/ili izborno prethodno tretiranog lignoceluloznog materijala korištenjem enzimskog pripravka koji sadrži najmanje dvije celulaze i pri čemu enzimski pripravak najmanje sadrži litičku polisaharid monooksigenazu (LPMO), pri čemu se količina formirane glukonske kiseline na kraju enzimske hidrolize oksidacijom pomoću LPMO lignoceluloznog materijala koji sadrži celulozu i/ili celo-oligosaharide održava između 3 do 10 g/kg glukana prisutnog u lignoceluloznom materijalu dodavanjem odgovarajuće količine kisika tokom koraka enzimske hidrolize (c) u lignocelulozni materijal, i
d) izborno, izolacija pripravka koji sadrži glukozu.
2. Postupak za pripremu proizvoda fermentacije od lignoceluloznog materijala, koji sadrži sljedeće korake:
a) izborno, prethodni tretman lignoceluloznog materijala,
b) izborno, ispiranje izborno prethodno tretiranog lignoceluloznog materijala,
c) enzimska hidroliza izborno ispranog i/ili izborno prethodno tretiranog lignoceluloznog materijala korištenjem enzimskog pripravka koja sadrži najmanje dvije celulaze i pri čemu enzimski pripravak najmanje sadrži LPMO, i izborno pročišćavanje hidroliziranog lignoceluloznog materijala,
d) fermentacija hidroliziranog lignoceluloznog materijala da bi se proizveo proizvod fermentacije, pri čemu se količina formirane glukonske kiseline na kraju enzimske hidrolize oksidacijom pomoću LPMO lignoceluloznog materijala koji sadrži celulozu i/ili celo-oligosaharide održava između 3 do 10 g/kg glukana prisutnog u lignoceluloznom materijalu dodavanjem odgovarajuće količine kisika tokom koraka (c) enzimske hidrolize u lignocelulozni materijal, i
e) izborno, izolacija proizvoda fermentacije.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što se fermentacija izvodi sa mikroorganizmom koji je u stanju fermentirati najmanje jedan C5 šećer.
4. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što je mikroorganizam vrste Saccharomyces cerevisiae, u kojem su izvršene genetske modifikacije.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se kisik dodaje u obliku mjehurića.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što reaktor za enzimsku hidrolizu ima zapreminu od 1 m3 ili više.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što je vrijeme enzimske hidrolize 5 do 150 sati.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što korišteni enzimski pripravak zadržava aktivnost 30 sati ili više.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što se hidroliza izvodi na temperaturi od 45°C ili više, poželjno 50°C ili više i još poželjnije na temperaturi od 55°C ili više.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što je enzimski pripravak izveden iz gljive, poželjno mikroorganizma iz roda Rasamsonia ili enzimski pripravak sadrži enzim gljive, poželjno enzim Rasamsonia.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što je sadržaj suhe materije u koraku hidrolize (c) 10 tež.% ili više, poželjno je 14 tež.% ili više i poželjnije je 14 do 33 tež.%.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što se enzimska hidroliza izvodi u šarži, šarži s napajanjem i/ili reaktoru za kontinuiranu kulturu.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što je enzimski pripravak u obliku cijele fermentacijske juhe gljive.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, u koji se kisik uvodi kao plin koji sadrži kisik, kao što je zrak.
