Claims (13)

1. Postupak za pripremu šećernog proizvoda iz lignoceluloznog materijala, koji sadrži sljedeće korake: a) po izboru, predobradu lignoceluloznog materijala, b) po izboru, ispiranje po izboru prethodno obrađenog lignoceluloznog materijala, c) enzimsku hidrolizu po izboru ispranog i/ili po izboru prethodno obrađenog lignoceluloznog materijala koristeći enzimski pripravak koji sadrži najmanje dvije celulaze i pri čemu enzimski pripravak barem sadrži GH61, d) pri čemu se koristi između 0,1 i 7,5 mg enzimskog pripravka/g glukana (na suhu tvar i enzim kao protein) ili između 0,05 i 3,0 mg enzimskog pripravka/g sirovine (na suhu tvar i enzim kao protein), i e) po izboru, ponovno dobivanje šećernog proizvoda, pri čemu se tijekom koraka enzimske hidrolize (c) kisik dodaje u lignocelulozni materijal, reaktor za enzimsku hidrolizu ima volumen od 1 m3 ili više i sadržaj suhe tvari u koraku hidrolize (c) iznosi 10 tež.% ili više.
2. Postupak za pripremu proizvoda fermentacije iz lignoceluloznog materijala, naznačen time što sadrži sljedeće korake: a) po izboru, predobradu lignoceluloznog materijala, b) po izboru, ispiranje po izboru prethodno obrađenog lignoceluloznog materijala, c) enzimsku hidrolizu po izboru ispranog i/ili po izboru prethodno obrađenog lignoceluloznog materijala koristeći enzimski pripravak koji sadrži najmanje dvije celulaze i pri čemu enzimski pripravak barem sadrži GH61, d) pri čemu se koristi između 0,1 i 7,5 mg enzimskog pripravka/g glukana (na suhu tvar i enzim kao protein) ili između 0,05 i 3,0 mg enzimskog pripravka/g sirovine (na suhu tvar i enzim kao protein), i e) fermentaciju hidroliziranog lignoceluloznog materijala da se dobije proizvod fermentacije, i f) po izboru, ponovno dobivanje proizvoda fermentacije, pri čemu se tijekom koraka enzimske hidrolize (c) kisik dodaje u lignocelulozni materijal, reaktor za enzimsku hidrolizu ima volumen od 1 m3 ili više i sadržaj suhe tvari u koraku hidrolize (c) iznosi 10 tež.% ili više.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što se kisik dodaje u obliku mjehurića.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što se tijekom dijela vremena enzimske hidrolize, kisik dodaje u lignocelulozni materijal i tijekom dijela vremena enzimske hidrolize se dodaje manje kisika u lignocelulozni materijal u usporedbi s drugim dijelom vremena enzimske hidrolize.
5. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što vrijeme enzimske hidrolize iznosi 5 do 150 sati.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što korišteni enzimski pripravak zadržava aktivnost tijekom 30 sati ili više.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što se hidroliza provodi pri temperaturi od 45°C ili više.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je enzimski pripravak dobiven iz gljivice ili enzimski pripravak sadrži gljivični enzim.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što sadržaj suhe tvari u koraku hidrolize (c) iznosi 14 tež.% ili više.
10. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što sadržaj suhe tvari u koraku hidrolize (c) iznosi 14 do 33% tež.%.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što se enzimska hidroliza odvija u šaržnom reaktoru, punjenom šaržnom reaktoru i/ili reaktoru za neprekidno kultiviranje.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što se kisik uvodi kao plin koji sadrži kisik.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 2 do 12, naznačen time što se fermentacija provodi s mikroorganizmom koji može fermentirati barem jedan C5 šećer.
