Abstract
La invención se refiere a un proceso para la preparación de un producto de fermentación a partir de material lignocelulósico, que comprende las siguientes etapas: a) opcionalmente, pretratamiento del material lignocelulósico, b) opcionalmente, lavado del material lignocelulósico opcionalmente pretratado, c) hidrólisis enzimática del material lignocelulósico opcionalmente pretratado y/u opcionalmente lavado utilizando una composición enzimática que comprende al menos dos celulasas y en la que la composición enzimática comprende al menos LPMO, y opcionalmente purificar el material lignocelulósico hidrolizado, d) fermentación del material lignocelulósico hidrolizado para producir un producto de fermentación, y e) opcionalmente, recuperación de un producto de fermentación, en donde las cantidades de productos de oxidación hidrolizados formados al final de la hidrólisis enzimática mediante la oxidación por LPMO del material lignocelulósico que contiene celulosa y/o celo-oligosacáridos se mantiene entre 3 a 80 g/kg de glucano presente en el material lignocelulósico mediante la adición de una cantidad apropiada de oxigeno después del pretratamiento y antes y/o durante la hidrólisis enzimática al material lignocelulósico, preferiblemente el producto de oxidación hidrolizado formado es el ácido glucónico, un ácido aldónico y/o diol geminal, más preferiblemente el producto de oxidación hidrolizado es ácido glucónico.
