Изобретение относится к способу получения продукта ферментации из лигноцеллюлозного материала, который включает следующие стадии: a) необязательная предварительная обработка b) необязательная промывка; c) ферментативный гидролиз; d) ферментация и e) необязательное извлечение продукта ферментации, где на стадии с) используют ферментную композицию, которая имеет температурный оптимум при 55°С или выше, время гидролиза составляет 40 ч или больше и температура гидролиза равна 50°С или выше.
