Claims (20)
1. Postupak za pripremu fermentacijskog proizvoda od lignoceluloznog materijala koji obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
a) po izboru, predobradu;
b) po izboru, ispiranje;
c) enzimatsku hidrolizu;
d) fermentaciju; i
e) po izboru, obnavljanje fermentacijskog proizvoda;
naznačen time što se u koraku (c) koristi enzimski pripravak koji ima optimalnu temperaturu od 60°C ili više, vrijeme hidrolize iznosi 40 sati ili više, temperatura hidrolize iznosi 60°C ili više i pri čemu sadržaj suhe tvari u koraku hidrolize (c) iznosi 14% mase/masi suhe tvari ili više i pri čemu u koraku (d) se fermentacija provodi s mikroorganizmom koji je u stanju fermentirati najmanje jedan C5 šećer.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što vrijeme reakcije u koracima (c) i (d) zajedno iznosi 150 sati ili manje pri 90% oslobađanja glukoze ili odgovarajuće kraće vrijeme pri nižim postotcima oslobađanja glukoze.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što vrijeme fermentacije iznosi 18-120 sati.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što korišteni enzimski pripravak zadržava aktivnost tijekom 30 sati ili više.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se hidroliza provodi na temperaturi od 65°C ili više, ili 70°C ili više.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što je enzimski pripravak izveden iz mikroorganizma iz roda Talaromyces.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što enzimski pripravak zadržava aktivnost u vremenskom razdoblju od 30-500 sati.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što se korak (c) provodi sve dok se ne oslobodi 70% ili više raspoloživog šećera u lignoceluloznom materijalu.
9. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što se korak (c) provodi sve dok se ne oslobodi 90% ili više raspoloživog šećera u lignoceluloznom materijalu.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što doza enzimskog pripravka iznosi 6 mg proteina / g mase suhe tvari ili manje.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što sadržaj suhe tvari u koraku hidrolize (c) iznosi 20% mase/masi suhe tvari ili više.
12. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačen time što sadržaj suhe tvari u koraku hidrolize (c) iznosi 25% mase/masi suhe tvari ili više.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što se u koraku (e) nakon obnavljanja fermentacijskog proizvoda, nastala suspenzija koja sadrži enzim reciklira u koraku (c).
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što se proizvod hidrolize u koraku (c) podvrgava odvajanju krutine i tekućine, a dio tekuće frakcije se dovodi u korak fermentacije (d).
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time što se proizvod hidrolize u koraku (c) podvrgava odvajanju krutine i tekućine, a dio tekuće frakcije se reciklira u koraku (c).
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time što se proizvod hidrolize u koraku (c) podvrgava odvajanju krutine i tekućine i tekuća frakcija se dovodi u ultrafiltracijsku jedinicu, pri čemu se filtrat dovodi u korak fermentacije (d) i retentat se reciklira u korak (c).
17. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 16, naznačen time što se dio filtrata koristi za napajanje proizvodnih fermentatora radi proizvodnje mikroorganizama koji se koriste u postupku.
18. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 16 ili 17, naznačen time što se dio filtrata koristi za napajanje proizvodnih fermentatora radi proizvodnje enzima.
19. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 17 ili 18, naznačen time što se dio filtrata koristi za napajanje proizvodnih fermentatora radi proizvodnje fermentacijskog proizvoda.
20. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 16 do 19 naznačen time što se filtrat koristi za punjenje proizvodnih fermentatora u šaržnom, punjenom šaržnom i ili kontinuiranom načinu uzgoja.
