Claims (17)

1. Metoda za proizvodnju elementa s mineralnim vlaknima, koja uključuje sljedeće korake: dobivanje mreže od mineralnih vlakana u količini od 70 do manje od 90 tež% (težinskih postotaka) ukupne težine početnog materijala, dobivanje ljepila u količini od više od 10 do 30 tež% ukupne težine početnog materijala, raspetljavanje dobivene mreže vlakana, koje obuhvaća dovod mreže do najmanje jednog valjka koji se okreće oko svoje uzdužne osi i ima šiljke na svom obodnom dijelu, zaustavljanje vlakana u primarnom protoku zraka, miješanje ljepila s mineralnim vlaknima prije, tijekom ili poslije procesa raspetljavanja u svrhu dobivanja smjese mineralnih vlakana i ljepila, prikupljanje smjese mineralnih vlakana i ljepila, njezino prešanje i pročišćavanje kako bi se dobila stvrdnuta mješavina gustoće od 120 kg/m3 to 1000 kg/m3, po mogućnosti od 170 kg/m3 to 1000 kg/m3, pri čemu se organska vlakna ne miješaju s mineralnim vlaknima i ljepilom i pri čemu gotovo čitava težina početnog materijala otpada na mineralna vlakna i ljepilo.

Metoda za proizvodnju elementa s mineralnim vlaknima, koja uključuje sljedeće korake: dobivanje mreže od mineralnih vlakana u količini od 70 do manje od 90 wt % (težinskih postotaka) ukupne težine početnog materijala, dobivanje ljepila u količini od više od 10 do 30 tež % ukupne težine početnog materijala, raspetljavanje dobivene mreže vlakana, koje obuhvaća dovod mreže do najmanje jednog valjka koji se okreće oko svoje uzdužne osi i ima šiljke na svom obodnom dijelu, zaustavljanje vlakana u primarnom protoku zraka, miješanje ljepila s mineralnim vlaknima prije, tijekom ili poslije procesa raspetljavanja u svrhu dobivanja smjese mineralnih vlakana i ljepila, prikupljanje smjese mineralnih vlakana i ljepila, njezino prešanje i pročišćavanje kako bi se dobila stvrdnuta mješavina gustoće od 120 kg/m3 to 1000 kg/m3, po mogućnosti od 170 kg/m3 to 1000 kg/m3, pri čemu metode koje uključuju punilo, poput usporivača gorenja, u količini od 1 do 55 tež% ukupne težine početnog materijala, ne dolaze u obzir.
3. Metoda za proizvodnju elementa s mineralnim vlaknima, koja uključuje sljedeće korake: dobivanje mreže od mineralnih vlakana u količini od 70 do manje od 90 tež% (težinskih postotaka) ukupne težine početnog materijala, dobivanje ljepila u količini od 12 do 15 tež % ukupne težine početnog materijala, raspetljavanje dobivene mreže vlakana, koje obuhvaća dovod mreže do najmanje jednog valjka koji se okreće oko svoje uzdužne osi i ima šiljke na svom obodnom dijelu, zaustavljanje vlakana u primarnom protoku zraka, miješanje ljepila s mineralnim vlaknima prije, tijekom ili poslije procesa raspetljavanja u svrhu dobivanja smjese mineralnih vlakana i ljepila, prikupljanje smjese mineralnih vlakana i ljepila, njezino prešanje i pročišćavanje kako bi se dobila stvrdnuta mješavina gustoće od 120 kg/m3 to 1000 kg/m3, po mogućnosti od 170 kg/m3 to 1000 kg/m3.
4. Metoda prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu se ljepilo odabire između sljedećih ljepila: fenol-formaldehidno ljepilo, karbamid-formaldehidno ljepilo, fenol-karbamid-formaldehidno ljepilo, melamin-formaldehidno ljepilo, kondenzacijska smola, akrilati i ostali lateksni spojevi, epoksidni polimeri, natrijevog silikat i topljeno ljepilo od poliuretana, polietana, polietilena, polipropilena i politetrafluoretilenskih polimera.
5. Metoda prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu raspetljavanje uključuje dovod mreže iz cijevi s manjim relativnim protokom zraka do cijevi s većim relativnim protokom zraka.
6. Metoda prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu brzina većeg relativnog protoka zraka iznosi od 20 m/s do 150 m/s, po mogućnosti od 30 m/s do 120 m/s, još bolje od 40 m/s do 80 m/s ili najbolje od 50 m/s do 70 m/s.
7. Metoda prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu valjak gledajući vrh šiljaka ima promjer od 20 cm do 80 cm, po mogućnosti od 30 cm do 70 cm, još bolje od 40 cm do 60 cm ili najbolje od 45 cm do 55 cm.
8. Metoda prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu se valjak vrti brzinom od 500 o/min do 5000 o/min, po mogućnosti od 1000 o/min do 4000 o/min, još bolje od 1500 o/min do 3500 o/min ili najbolje od 2000 o/min do 3000 o/min.
9. Metoda prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu se vrh šiljaka kreće brzinom od 20 m/s do 150 m/s, po mogućnosti od 30 m/s do 120 m/s, još bolje od 40 m/s do 80 m/s ili najbolje od 50 m/s do 70 m/s.
10. Metoda prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu mineralna vlakna dolaze u obliku nepročišćene mreže s vlažnim ljepilom.
11. Metoda prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu se metoda izvodi na liniji za proizvodnju mineralne vune, koja dovodi primarnu ili sekundarnu mrežu mineralne vune do procesa raspetljavanja.
12. Metoda prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu se mineralna vlakna i ljepilo nakon zaustavljanja u primarnom protoku zraka izlažu protoku zraka koji ima smjer različit od primarnog protoka zraka.
13. Metoda prema zahtjevu 12, pri čemu je primarni protok zraka uglavnom poprečni, a dodatni protok zraka ima smjer prema gore.
14. Metoda prema bilo kojem prethodnom zahtjevu, pri čemu primarni protok zraka ima početnu brzinu od 20 m/s do 150 m/s, po mogućnosti od 30 m/s do 120 m/s, još bolje od 40 m/s do 80 m/s ili najbolje od 50 m/s do 70 m/s.
15. Metoda prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 12 do 14, pri čemu dodatni protok zraka ima brzinu od 0,1 do 20 m/s, po mogućnosti od 0,1 do 10 m/s, još bolje od 0,2 to 7 m/s ili najbolje od 1 do 3 m/s.
16. Metoda prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 9 ili 11 do 14, pri čemu ljepilo dolazi u suhom stanju.
17. Metoda prema bilo kojem zahtjevu od 1 do 16, pri čemu ljepilo dolazi u vlažnom stanju.
