Claims (14)

1. Postupak za proizvodnju medija za prijenos, naročito za ink-jet tiskanje, koji sadrži korake: (a) nanošenje prve vodene tekućine na prednju stranu osnovne podloge za ispis, pri čemu osnovna podloga ima poroznost od 0-1,000 ml/min, poželjno 0-200 ml/min, poželjnije 0-100 ml/min, mjereno prema ISO standardu 5636-3, te prva vodena tekućina sadrži barem jedan hidrofilni organski polimer ili njegovu sol, i naknadno sušenje; i (b) proizvoljno nanošenje druge vodene tekućine na suprotnu stranu osnovne podloge i naknadno sušenje, te druga tekućina proizvoljno sadrži hidrofilni polimer ili njegovu sol, pri čemu je hidrofilni organski polimer odabran iz skupine koju čine poliakrilna kiselina, poliakrilester, poliakrilamid, kopolimer koji sadrži barem jedno od akrilnu kiselinu, ester akrilne kiseline, akril amid i vinil acetat ili njihove soli, poželjno poliakrilnu kiselinu ili njezinu sol (poliakrilat), pri čemu je osnovna podloga odabrana iz skupine koju čine papir ili metal.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je hidrofilni organski polimer prisutan u prvoj vodenoj tekućini od 1-50 mas.-%, poželjno 2-20 mas.-%, u odnosu na ukupnu masu prve vodene tekućine.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time što prva vodena tekućina nadalje sadrži najmanje jedno punilo, kao što je anorganski oksid, poželjno SiO2 ili TiO2. npr. u obliku nanočestica ili mikročestica.
4. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačen time što prva vodena tekućina sadrži od 0.2-10 mas.-%, poželjno 1-5 mas.-%, punila u odnosu na ukupnu masu prve vodene tekućine.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-4, naznačen time što prva vodena tekućina nadalje sadrži barem jednu alkalnu sol, kao što je (hidrogen)karbonat, silikat, aluminat, ili fosfatnu sol, koja je poželjno prisutna u prvoj vodenoj tekućini u količini od 0.2-10 mas.-%, poželjno 1-5 mas.-%, u odnosu na ukupnu masu prve vodene tekućine.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 -5, naznačen time što druga vodena tekućina sadrži hidrofilni polimer kao što je poliakrilat, škrob, celuloza ili njezini derivati.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-6, naznačen time što se prva i po izboru druga vodena tekućina nanosi na osnovnu podlogu u količini od 10-40 g/m2, poželjno 15-25 g/m2.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-7, naznačen time što se nakon sušenja prve vodene tekućine na prednjoj strani osnovne podloge dobije prevlaka suhe težine 0.2-25 g/m2, poželjno 0.2-5 g/m2.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-8, naznačen time što se nakon sušenja prve vodene tekućine na prednjoj strani osnovne podloge dobiva poroznost veća od 100 ml/min, mjereno prema ISO standardu 5636-3.
10. Medij za prijenos, naročito za ink-jet tiskanje, koji se može dobiti pomoću postupka prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-9, naznačen time što prednja strana osnovne podloge za ispis ima poroznost od 0-1,000 ml/min, poželjno 0-200 ml/min, poželjnije 0-100 ml/min, mjereno prema ISO standardu 5636-3, te je obložena prevlakom koja sadrži barem jedan hidrofilni organski polimer, pri čemu je hidrofilni organski polimer odabran iz skupine koju čine poliakrilna kiselina, poliakrilester, poliakrilamid, kopolimer koji sadrži barem jedno od akrilnu kiselinu, ester akrilne kiseline, akril amid i vinil acetat ili njihove soli, poželjno poliakrilnu kiselinu ili njezinu sol (poliakrilat) i pri čemu jc osnovna podloga odabrana iz skupine koju čine papir ili metal.
11. Postupak za tiskanje medija za prijenos, naznačen time što se sublimirajući pigmenti nanose na prednju stranu medija za prijenos prema patentnom zahtjevu 10, na primjer pomoću ink-jet tiskanja,
12. Tiskani medij za prijenos za tiskanje na predmete, naročito na tekstil, naznačen time što se sublimirajući pigmenti nanose na prednju stranu medija za prijenos prema patentnom zahtjevu 10.
13. Postupak tiskanja na predmete, naročito na tekstil, naznačen time što se predmet koji se ispisuje dovodi u dodir s tiskanim medijem za prijenos prema patentnom zahtjevu 12 pri povišenoj temperaturi, tako da se sublimirajući pigmenti prenose iz medija za prijenos na proizvod na koji se tiska.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1-9, naznačen time što prva vodena tekućina nadalje sadrži barem jedan polihidroksilni alkohol, kao što je glicerol, poželjno u količini od 0.1-1.5 mas.-% u odnosu na ukupnu masu prve vodene tekućine.
